We really enjoyed staying at Debby and Keith's beautiful farm. My kids enjoyed playing with Fig (the dog) and horses. Thank you so much for your hospitality and also teaching me English too.

Excellent comfortable and spacious, next to some woods with a little trail right there. All emenities, many special touches, tastefully decorated. Highly recommended for peace, quiet and comfort. Lovely little patio too.

We had an exceptional experience at Carrie’s place. The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in the future!

We enjoyed a quite few days on the point. The property is beautiful with lots of options for accessing the water. We enjoyed staring at the strait from the hottub and looking for otters as well as plenty of other sea life post hiking nearby. Hosts are friendly and welcoming. The loft is cozy and well equipped. We will come back!

Thank you for the great stay. We had a great rest. We were in Victoria for a soccer tournament so the in suite washer/dryer was amazing to have. Thank you for thinking of breakfast options and the fruit left for us.

We loved staying at Perfect Meadow Cabin! Hosts were so nice and had multiple notes saying "call us" if you needed any support. Extra towels were easy to find and the bedding was super cozy! Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was so wonderful. The suite was so cute and clean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. There were tons of hummingbirds which was on the balcony which was amazing for me as I had never seen them up close. The property is rustic and beautiful and the suite is on the side and was nice and private. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Milas suite. Her place was very clean, cozy and modern, with everything I needed. Mila was an amazing host - she was easy to reach and prompt with her responses. I even had to extend my stay and she graciously accommodated me. It was a quiet space for me to work. I enjoyed my time there and highly recommend it. Plus, it's a short distance to town for any errands.

Shelby’s place was just what we were looking for. We had our two pups along, I hiked with the dogs while my husband was at a trade show. Shelby had good advice on local trails. Her place was very comfortable and inviting. A beautiful area to return to. Thanks again, Robert and Lesia

Our group of 7 had an amazing stay here! Beautiful suite, comfortable beds, very clean space. Hosts were very communicative :) would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Hummingbird Hideaway! Debbi was very responsive and the early check-in time allowed us lots of time to explore the island on day one! We loved the outside flowered patio area and the privacy we had. Although we knew Debbi and her husband were on the same property, we never heard or saw them and we enjoyed the tranquility! From our unit we enjoyed re-aquatinting ourselves to Mayne Island and hiked several locations and as always the natural beauty was fabulous! The unit was well supplied and we cooked all our meals at the cottage. Thanks Debbi for a fabulous stay!

Lovely modern newly refurbished (I assume). All clean. Very well appointed with the kitchen bedrooms and bathroom. And there was coffee and tea, shampoo and soaps …you didn’t need to take anything apart from clothes! Thank you very much Russ

Sean's place was perfect for our stay. The setting is breathtaking, overlooking a vineyard, with a lot of space between neighbours, making it serene and private. The home is very comfortable, and honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. It is even nicer than it looks. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture. There is also a lovely, private patio. Sean and Heather were very responsive and helpful. Many thanks, Sean and Heather, for a great stay.

Such a great place to stay with kids. Basketball net, badminton net, kayak, canoe, lots of outdoor space. Fantastic indoor games and things to do. So peaceful sleeping, all you hear is frogs crickets and rain on the roof. Absolutely clean and cozy. We’ll be staying again!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at this charming little nook in the woods! From the moment I arrived, it felt like stepping into my grandmother’s house—warm, inviting, and filled with the kind of comfort that instantly makes you feel at home. The space was beautifully decorated, incredibly cozy, and had everything I needed to unwind and relax. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was Sarah and Lance. They are the most wonderful and thoughtful hosts, and they came through when it mattered most! When an unexpected snowstorm hit, leaving everyone stuck inside and the roads completely impassable, they went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, warm, and well taken care of. Their kindness and hospitality made all the difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into an adventure filled with great conversation, good food, and an even deeper appreciation for this hidden gem. If you're looking for a peaceful escape—this is it!

This was a beautiful place to stop on our journey home. Wonderful, accommodating hosts, beautiful property, clean home with everything we needed.

We were looking forward to this return visit as Aprille's home has become our choice for a short get away and wished we could have extended our stay for an extra day. We enjoy the ambience of Chemainus, visiting 'The Hand of Man' museum, being able to go walking on the trail which is close by and good dining choices. Hope we can get back

Great spot! We were here during the largest rainfall weekend without a vehicle so we didn’t explore much. But the Lions Park is close by, walking distance to various stores etc, and I felt safe walking with my toddler. Levon and Meri were friendly and helpful! We felt at home here!

Lovely, peaceful home next to a park. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room and dining room. Spacious back deck with sofa and chairs, balconies outside the bedrooms for coffee and chat. We were very happy, and would love to come back!

We had a relatively short stay on the island this time around, but we will look for the Teal House to be our base camp for the next Vancouver Island adventure for sure! The home is perfectly laid out and comfortable, and Avi and Carly are fantastic hosts.
