This a fabulous place to stay on Pender, it’s spacious and perfectly nestled in the tree line with a gorgeous wild garden to enjoy on the property with views of both garden and ocean! The kitchen has everything you need and the towels and linen are soft and cozy. We had a great time and will be back, thanks so much Jeff!

This was our second stay and it was just as quite and peaceful as our first. We enjoy the location and the beautiful view and Gail is an amazing host.

I really enjoyed my stay! The studio space had everything I needed for a weekend stay. A few breakfast items were supplied which was a pleasant surprise. It was nice and tidy just like the pictures shown in the listing. And the view from the yard was even better in real life!

Heather's place is conveniently located and spacious. Heather is very responsive and makes sure to accommodate your requests.

Place was clean and private and host was responsive and helpful. Parking available. I'd visit again!

The “Barnacle by the Sea” is a gem to say the least! The gals are very proud of their unique ‘float house on land’ and have given much thought into making their suite extra homey and cozy! Just what we love! The space is not large but had everything we needed and then some! The kitchen is well stocked with so many extras…including yummy chocolates and breakfast basics. Joanne is a great communicator and let us know we could arrive early if we wished to do so. Both gals greeted us warmly when we arrived…quickly showed us around and then recommended a place to eat. It was a shame our stay was so brief. I would have loved to have had time to appreciate their beautiful yard. It really is a special place…and we would definitely stay there again.

It was a pleasure to stay in such an amazing and beautiful place. The property is literally right on the beach, offering an incredible view of the lake and surrounded by forest. There are plenty of activities available: brand-new kayaks, swimming in the lake, hiking, basketball, tennis, and more. Shops are within walking distance. Everything was perfect, especially the friendly, home-like hosting. The property has everything you could need — and even more! We will definitely come back in the summer!! Excellent place!

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on making it a regular stop when visiting family. Karen was very responsive and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed and offered extra help. The unit was spacious and well appointed. We wanted for nothing and the bed provided one of the best sleeps we had had in awhile. Despite the location over the carwash it never caused a concern or noise issue and the big windows provided a view of the trees and sea. We even got to enjoy morning coffee on the deck one day. Thank you Karen for this great unit.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless, beautifully private, and had everything we could have asked for—from the stunning ocean view to the spacious, sheltered patio. There were so many cozy spots to relax, making it the perfect place to unwind. We even had some friendly kitties stop by to say hello! :) The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were kind, welcoming, and even lent us binoculars to watch the boats go by—such a thoughtful touch! We felt completely at home and can’t wait to come back. This place is truly a gem!

We had a great time at Walter’s place! We were close enough to downtown Vancouver and BC Place with only a 20-30 minute drive, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet town Delta as well. Everything was as described in the listing. The suite was clean and cozy! They even left us homemade ginger cookies that were delicious! We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone traveling to the area!

Heidis attached suite was clean, easy to access and had all the basics. I had to be creative with the hot plate and toaster oven for meals but it worked well for me. Heidi was super responsive and helpful, One things to note is the suite is above their garage so there is some noise transference but I was there for work anyways so it wasn't an issue for me. Would stay again if I'm working up that way

Perfect place to stay during a quick overnight stay in Nanaimo to catch the another ferry onwards. Had all the accomodations and amenities that we needed. Superior option than staying in a hotel. Worked well for 3 adults. Very nice to have coffee, cooking supplies, and really, everything we needed to feel at home.

This was our second time staying here while we were in Victoria. This has to be my favourite place now. It’s so comfortable and you feel right at home. I honestly love how clean they keep their place for all of us to enjoy. I’d stay here every time coming to Victoria if possible but obviously so many guests who have stayed here come back and for everyone that’s new to their Airbnb you’ll love it too! Both my husband and I have agreed if there’s availability, we will always choose this home to stay at while we are in Victoria. Thanks again for being such wonderful hosts ☺️

What a gem of a property to stay at. The property is so well laid out and amenities are so close and convenient. The people at the resort were friendly and fun. The decor was so appealing and fit the vibe of the place so we'll. We enjoyed every second there. Thank you Cam & Carla!!

We had a lovely stay here with our 2 children. It’s a beautiful and peaceful area. We particularly enjoyed beachcombing and the heated pool (summer only). The kitchen was extremely well stocked—one of the best we’ve stayed in. Beautiful skylights brighten the living room. There were a few adult and kids books, plus colouring books with coloured pencils. There are shared BBQs, a playground, tennis court, and large grassy area. The complex has water issues where water is trucked in, so there are signs everywhere to conserve water (short showers, flush "when needed", every drop counts, etc). There is also no cell service, though the wifi is excellent, and most phones can do wifi calling. There is also a long staircase to the main entrance, and the apartment is 2 floors. Coin laundry is in a separate building. We would happily stay again!

What a beautiful place! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the view was incredible and it was so relaxing. The queen bed was comfortable but the sofa bed wasn’t great. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Jason and Andrea were easy to get ahold of when I had any questions. The area where the unit is was clean, the park was fun for my girls to play at and the hot tub was lovely! I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved this place. Beautiful view, cozy space and the hot tub with a view of the ocean was definitely a plus.

I was visiting family in Sidney and needed a last minute place to stay. Mark’s place caught my attention online and when I arrived it was exactly as i expected. The scenery around the property is stunning. It is the quietest place i think i have ever rented, and the unit itself was great. I would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend Mark as a host.
