This home was exactly what my heart needed, a beautiful place to relax and unwind. I loved everything about this home. The level of attention to detail and the quality of everything far surpassed my expectations. The views from every room in the house are just breathtaking. I feel extremely fortunate to have found this hidden gem. It is truly heavenly! The pictures are beautiful, but they do not do it justice! I cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay in Wilmington. Close to some cute shops and cafes/restaurants. Easy drive up to Philly and close to train station should you decide on mass transit. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at the tiny house over Easter weekend while visiting family, and it was our first time in the area. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how walkable everything was—great restaurants, local coffee shops, and smoothie spots all just steps away. We’ve stayed in several tiny homes before, but this one felt like the “biggest” tiny home yet. It was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The pantry was fully stocked, we were welcomed with homemade bread, and there were thoughtful extras like cozy blankets and everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. The charm of the space was undeniable, and the personal touches—like curated local recommendations—truly made it feel like a home away from home. Our hosts were also incredibly responsive, answering any questions we had with kindness and efficiency. When the A.C. wasn’t working for us on our first night, they responded early the next morning and had it fixed promptly.

The house was just lovely and comfortable. We were able to spread out to sleep, then gather in the living room and dining room to catch up and plan. We were in town for a family event so didn't get a chance to explore but the area seemed very nice and the locals were impressed with the location. Common areas were on the ground floor, three bedrooms on second (we had problems regulating the temp at night there) and then a single/twin bed on the top floor. It is an old house but clearly lovingly renovated so that it didn't feel old and creaky, except for the front doorknob coming off. I would stay there again and have recommended it to the Wilmington locals for their guests. All of the hosts were friendly, quick to answer questions, and work with our schedules. Thanks to you all!

Our stay at Jahneva's was absolutely amazing. We watched the sunset every night right from the deck, has s'mores on the beach. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. There was plenty of space and all of the furniture was comfortable!

This place is a gem!!! Nicolette's waterfront home in Bridgeton is absolutely stunning!!! This spacious historical house, filled with beautiful details and decor, truly made us feel at home. Waking up to those gorgeous lake views was such a treat, filled with serenity. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Nicolette was very accommodating to our family's needs. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay and highly recommends it!

Luke’s place was great. Clean spacious and in a great location. Luke was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. Ended up staying longer than intended and had no issue extending the stay. If you’re staying in Wilmington this is the place to stay at!

Really wonderful house in a beautiful place! I booked this for a quiet weekend retreat with friends and it was perfect - the house is situated in a very peaceful location with an incredible view of the pond and Fall foliage. There were so many comfortable and well designed seating/gathering areas for us to share meals and socialize. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals together and plenty of space to cook. The house is very clean and spacious, the hosts were very communicative when we had questions and also helped with a last minute update to our reservation the week of. I highly recommend booking here, our group is looking forward to hopefully coming back in the Summer to enjoy the pond and the pool!
