This house is incredible, if you find it available don't hesitate to book! My husband and I adored this peaceful and safe neighborhood just across the street from beautiful Heywoods beach. We spent every sunset there with a beer in hand. The house is perfect, completely comfortable, full of thoughful little amenities to make any stay great. Shari is so helpful and the concierge service is great for organising any trips, excursions, taxis, etc. We only slept in the Master but the bed was amazingly comfortable and I had a great sleep every night - the house has great energy, I don't know how else to put it but it's a special place. Walking distance as well to Speightstown so we had many great lunches and dinners there strolling back and forth from the house. I was devastated to leave after 3 perfect weeks. In summary, the most wonderful stay and already planning our return next year. Thank you Shari for sharing your home and for caring so much for your guests.

Great townhouse within a few steps of a beautiful beach and bars/restaurants. Cozy and well set up with everything we needed. Regular housekeeping a lovely touch and quick responses from hosts when we needed it. Felt secure and safe with easy parking. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed from the 9th -23 of February and got back today. We had an excellent stay and everything you needed it wanted was at the villa . All bedrooms comfortable. Air conditioning broke in our room and fixed next day no problem. We were give. A bottle of rum And some bottle of coke for the inconvenience. Nothing was too much trouble . Lonely neighbour next door who was on hand to help at any time. I would recommend this villa with three spacious bedrooms all with air con . Lovely pool and sun loungers , large lounge with Netflix, Amazon and Disney with your own passwords. No problems with WiFi. Kitchen was big. Only thing I couldn’t really work out was the washing machine but it wasn’t a big deal for us I managed to use it twice but sometimes it didn’t work but could be more me doing it wrong tnan the machine itself.. Not far from the beach and 20 min walk To local shopping market. We hired a car the second week which I would personally recommend.

Hosts and welcome were great Bedrooms were lovely towels and bathrooms lovely Indoor pool is really stylish and lovely Kitchen a bit dated but fine Would benefit from explaining that the outdoor pool and most of the terrace don’t get sun at a time of the day which was really the only thing that wasn’t great, but the beach and lost of great bars are near enough Thanks for hosting us We had a great 4 days 🙏

Reviews are always personal I think and this is based on our experience as a family with 2 small under 2 children. Couldn’t have picked a better location, a handy petrol station with basically everything you would need although the coffee was awful! 😱. The complex offers a great tennis court and if playing early enough the ball boys could be the resident monkeys! Community Pool was great. The villa was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Sharon the lady “that does” was so super lovely. All in all have nothing but a very enjoyable experience. The icing on the cake for us was the availability of a late check out which was generous and very very much appreciated with 2 small people’s. Thank you Nicki very much.

Beautiful house. The bedroom layout was ideal. Master upstairs with private bath. Downstairs had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to share. Beautiful pool, well equipped kitchen. Close to beach and many restaurants within walking distance. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend to stay here.

Super emplacement, très belles vacances à 4 couples nous étions très confortable. Béatrice la femme de ménage était une vraie perle attentionnée. TOUJOURS à l’écoute de nos demandes, tellement que J’aurais voulu la ramener au Canada LOL Je recommande fortement cet endroit. Un petit paradis avec les belles piscines, la plage tout près et d’excellents restaurants. Merci pour ce superbe séjour dans votre île paradisiaque

We had a wonderful experience during our stay while celebrating two 60th birthdays. This rental exceeded our expectations and met all of our needs. The peaceful, serene location was exactly what we were looking for—away from the crowds, offering both tranquility and privacy. The view was absolutely breathtaking and made for the most beautiful sunsets. The spacious outdoor yard gave us plenty of room to relax, and we truly appreciated the sense of seclusion it offered. Inside, the home was thoughtfully designed, with an open living room and kitchen that overlooked the pool and the ocean. One of the unexpected highlights was seeing monkeys most mornings—such a fun and unique touch! Our host, Kimberly, was pleasant, helpful, and always quick to respond if we needed anything. She mentioned in an email that her job was to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and she absolutely delivered. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We were 3 couples in our 60's staying Kameya. The house is spacious and very clean. Joanna and Peter were great hosts. Any questions were responded to promptly. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. Linens and towels were in good shape as well as bathrooms. The pool was very nice and a good temperature. The hot tub is also a nice add. We were greeted by a large family of green monkey's most mornings. Generally, it is peaceful. Some barking dogs but that is the case most anywhere on the island. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. There is a Rubis gas station within walking distance if you need to stock up on small items. I prefer Massey's in Holetown for groceries. It is more expensive then Jordan's but much better stocked. The Sea Shed is a great place to dine and is also within walking distance. I suggest a catarmaran cruise with Silver Moon as well. I would recommend this property for families or couples. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It felt very spacious and comfortable with a lovely deck overlooking the beautiful garden and pool. The house keeper and gardener were very friendly and helpful. We loved being within such close walking distance of Gibbes beach, which was a very manageable few minute stroll with a baby and toddler.

We had a wonderful holiday in Annie’s villa which is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view from the huge veranda. Lovely walk around the community and a picnic under the pergola in the grounds with a 180 degree view of the ocean. Annie was very communicative, helpful and responsive. The villa is just around the corner from the Clubhouse which we had to ourselves most of the time when we went there. There’s a supermarket (Trimart) at the bottom of the road with ice cream and vegetable/fruit stalls nearby.

Our first time on the west coast and we had a fabulous time. But then we’ve never been to Barbados and not had a great time. Beautiful island, beautiful people and beautiful weather. The house suited us, five adults and a young baby, giving us all plenty of space. The swimming pool was perfect to cool off and for the little one to find his swimming legs when we weren’t at the beach. Thank you Marcia for sorting a little shopping for when we arrived…and yes the rum punch was waiting in the fridge….what more could you ask for. Such a shame we had to come home to grey skies….we will be back.

Our family of four stayed at Scott’s house for a little less than a week and it was perfection. The property was walking distance to both Gibbes and Mullins beach (both were amazing!) and we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. The pool at the property was always clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our two boys (8 and 10) were never bored and are already asking to go back.

We were a family of 6, (3 generations) and the property is set up for privacy. With 3 bathrooms it made for an easy time to all get ready. The pool was lovely and the walk to the sea was an easy walk. It was very entertaining watching the monkey's eat from the mango trees in the mornings. Nice to have clothslines to hang wet towels and swimsuits on. I felt like we were guests in a Barbadian home, very authentic. It was conveniently located. The information sheet we received from the host Charlie before we arrived was very informative. We couldn't find a key to a gate and she responded within minutes. We hated to leave.

As we had stayed in Vuemont before we knew the location. The villa was clean and comfortable, but a few scatter cushion would have been helpful. Great deck, very breezy and shady, which is great, but only 2 lounging chairs, not a problem for us. It is probably the best Villa we have stayed in. The house manager was very responsive and the cleaner was very thorough and on time. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs, we self cater nearly all our meals. The local supermarkets have all you need at reasonable prices (for Barbados!). There was a brand new dishwasher, which is rare in Barbados and we looked after it, by adding salt and a little rinse aid, but rinse aid is hard to come by in Barbados, so you might want to bring some with you. Remember the water is 'hard' so needs all the help it can get! You will need a car but some of the best beaches are only a 5 minute drive down the hills. Will be returning to have our winter sunshine fix.

Had a wonderful stay. Was the 1st time this far up the West Coast but it was everything we wanted. Peaceful and quiet but within easy reach of the local buses and a nice walk into Speightstown. We loved seeing the monkeys making their morning trips across the back garden, along with parakeets and even a mongoose! Having the local food van visit us daily was great and we all enjoyed the local food especially the Mac pie!! Fabulous stay

Gary is an exceptional host! I was initially skeptical about booking this place, but it was one of my best decisions. I got lost on my way to the house and was frustrated, but Gary answered his phone promptly—even though he was in a different time zone—which made all the difference. When we arrived, we were amazed by the size of the house. The living room and kitchen are seamlessly connected, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed: bowls, tea cups, glasses, a washer, pots, and pans. The bedroom was roomy and comfortable, and the bathroom was my favorite feature, especially with the consistent supply of hot water. Parking was a breeze, as plenty of spots were available around the house. I also felt very safe in the quiet area—it was perfect for relaxation. Even though the house doesn’t have A/C, the fan and the cool breeze from the open windows worked perfectly. Thank you, Gary, for being such a thoughtful and responsive host

Kirk was an amazing host. He was very responsive and also went out of his way to assist us when we accidentally locked the key inside. The house is nice and spacious but you will need a car to get around however I definitely recommend.
