Great stay in this familial house that is now proposed as an Airbnb by Helene. Everything matches the description and Helene answers all questions, even during the stay. Really great value for money if you want to have a stay in typical Saint-Martin house. Access is easy and can be autonomous.

Literally Steps away from the beach, great location on one of the best beaches (Simpson bay) in Sint Maarten, location was perfect for us, walking distance to many things but do highly recommend a car rental too explore the many thing the Island has to offer. As for the unit it was perfect for my wife and I for our 4 week stay, everything we needed to make it feel like home. Exactly as described in listing and like the fact it had a bar-b on the rooftop deck which was fantastic for watching the airplanes coming and going as well as the beautiful sunsets. Mark and Roshitha were fantastic to deal with and very responsive when needed with a wealth of info on the Island. Very hard to leave after a 4 week stay and will 100% rent from again. Hope to return soon, Thanks again Mark & Roshitha.

Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables à Saint-Martin dans ce logement parfait pour des vacances réussies. L’habitation était impeccable à notre arrivée, très propre et bien entretenu, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir immédiatement chez nous. Sa situation est idéale : à proximité de toutes les commodités (commerces, restaurants, plages…), ce qui nous a grandement facilité le quotidien et permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour, une voiture est nécessaire pour se déplacer. Un grand merci également à notre hôte, Patricia, pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Elle a été d’une grande gentillesse, toujours prête à répondre à nos questions et à nous donner d’excellents conseils pour découvrir l’île. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation et reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l’occasion se présente !

Brianna's flat was great. If you want to experience the real St. Maarten and not the overpriced hotel bubbles, you have to rent from Brianna. The entire flat is very clean. You have a good kitchen, with gas cooker, microwave, fridge ... The toilet and shower are 3 metres from the flat. But it's all yours. Brianna is very accommodating and very helpful. I had forgotten my travel plug. Brianna was able to help immediately. Brianna has a taxi licence and will pick you up from the airport. Two small supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away. I felt at home from the very first minute. Unfortunately, I was only there for one day.

It couldn’t have been a better experience. Five stars all around. Super clean and cute, well equipped, close to the town center and beach at Grand Case. It’s location allows for both the serenity of the mountains and easy accessibility to Philipsburg and surrounding beaches (about 30+/- mins away by car). Sylvie was superb, there at a moments notice but honored your privacy as well. I was very pleased with my stay.

Pelin is an amazing host. Her rental is beautiful and the patio was so relaxing. we watched iguana and even saw one monkey. the pool was gorgeous and the bed so comfortable. we had an amazing time exploring the island and coming back to the rental to relax. thank you

Ruime appartement, goede voorzieningen. Mooie groene omgeving met palmbomen. De schildpadjes zijn super leuk! Mocht er iets ontbreken of niet naar wens zijn, dan regelen Christiaan en Veronica dit meteen en naar tevredenheid. Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad en veel en vaak gebruik gemaakt van de jacuzzi.
