Absolutely brilliant base to explore Eastbourne. Perfect for families and so close to everything. Tony & Lisa are fantastic hosts and our room was spot on. We can’t wait to visit again.

Carol and Clive were very welcoming and nothing was any trouble. The cottage is querky and full of character with a lovely back garden next to the river and with beautiful views of the countryside. Check in was flexible and easy to arrange. It is a lovely village and Carol's place is central and walkable to local pubs. I had a lovely time and would return to explore the area more.

Our second fabulous stay in this extraordinary B&B in the countryside. Very tastefully decorated in a rustic eclectic style. L&R are the most welcoming and warmhearted hosts. An exceptional experience.

I had a wonderful time staying with Sue. The house is beautiful, lovingly furnished and very clean. The room I stayed in was cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. The house is in a peaceful area, within walking distance of many nice cafés and restaurants. Sue and her husband were very welcoming. I highly recommend staying here!

We had the absolute best time staying at Boldshaves. D and Peregrine were wonderful hosts! They were so accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The grounds are incredible and seemed almost endless! Truly, I don’t think I have seen such beautiful gardens. The bedrooms were quite big—perfect for letting our luggage breathe a bit—and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was also really fantastic with so many special touches!! We feel really fortunate that we found this gem. It was the highlight of our trip!!

Linda and Ray were incredibly helpful and friendly....but will happily let you be if that's what you prefer. They have made Bramley House an outstanding 10-star experience! The whole house is really homely and immaculately kept, with a huge inglenook fireplace, wood beams and colours of the forest which instantly calm the soul. Our room was cosy, warm and really comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with a walk-in shower of the best type, that drenches you in hot water. Perfect! Breakfast was 11-stars 😉 with homemade granola, compote and apple juice pressed from their own apples, preceeding a delicious full English with top notch local produce. One night was not enough. Nowhere near! It was such a shame to have to leave. Thank you for a truly wonderful and relaxing stay! 🤗

Emily's beautiful home wasn't just the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in, but the most wholesome, nourishing experience I could hope for the New Year! Everything in the house is done with utmost attention to detail and true love. The antique furniture, custom-made aromathic sprays, delicious selection of high-guality teas and coffee, porcelain cups, birds singing in the garden and cats napping on the sofa make you feel like you stepped into another, magical world. Emily is not only the kindest, warmest host but also an excellent chef! - her chocolate porridge with spices and homemade bread & preserves are to die for! I am already missing the place and plannig a swift return!

I booked Melissa's lovely home for my mum and her husband as a gift for my mum's birthday. They felt very welcome and well looked after and said the breakfasts were huge and the beds large and comfortable. The house is well situated for Kent steam railway, Bodiam Castle and many other national trust places. Thank you Melissa for looking after my family.

Beautiful rooms in a central location in historic Rye. Well decorated and so very comfortable - a bed better than my one at home and thick soft towels in the bathroom.

Simon was a fantastic host. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and modern, and the carriage is great fun. Simon provided warm rolls and coffee in the morning. Would definitely recommend!

Peter and Sue were so welcoming and relaxed when we arrived. The room was actually nicer than we expected, super clean, extremely quiet, comfortable, and fitted with everything we needed. In the morning Peter cooked us a lovely breakfast which set us up nicely for the day of cycling ahead. The night before he let us use a couple of locks for our bikes - not that we even needed them, as the b and b was secure and off the road. Would wholeheartedly recommend this b and b to anyone passing through the area. Hopefully we’ll see you both again in the future! Thanks for a pleasant and stress free stay!

I had the most relaxing and wonderful stay! The countryside, the cosy homely house, the fresh bread and honey from their hive, the comfy bed, the warm welcome, the birdsong…. and the kittens, together create a home from home feeling. This is the perfect stay for peace, relaxation and connection with nature. Cannot recommend this host enough!

I had a lovely stay with Mary&Paul. They both made me feel very welcome, they are both very kind&lovely people. My room was lovely clean and cosy, I slept 😴 very well. The breakfast in the morning was delicious 😋 the homemade muesli was really nice and my dippy eggs and toast was made perfectly by Paul, all washed down with a pot of tea. I am already planning my next stay. A big Thank you for everything. 😊
