A beautiful location, great apartment, lovely pool and a to die for beach 150 yards from our apartment. A couple of decent restaurants within walking distance, apartment has everything you need with lovely views of the sea.

Vanessa was the consummate hostess— always responsive, was there waiting for us upon arrival, made sure to fill the fridge with a few of our favorite breakfast items, and helped me book a much needed massage. Vanessa made our stay easy and enjoyable. Not to mention Vanessa’s place, Villa FantaSea, is lovely. We ended up staying in the ground unit for a couple nights and then moved to upper floor (unfortunately neither unit was available for the entirety of our stay). The entire place is recently renovated, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, great outdoor space, clean and well air conditioned. You can’t beat the location. Vannessa’s unit is just steps away from the beach and beach restaurants. And Antigua Village, where Villa FantaSea is located, is safe and secure— and there is a nice pool you can access when you want an alternative to the beach. We enjoyed our stay in Antigua! We rented a car, which allowed us to travel to specific destinations on our schedule! While we walked to the restaurants in Jolly Harbour as well as the Epicurean grocery store almost daily, it was helpful to drive to the supermarket when we were going to be purchasing heavy items, such a water. We walked to North Beach several times and enjoyed the sunset almost daily during our stay! While we did not need much, when we reached out to Majorie, she was quick to respond! Thanks for the memories!

From beginning to end, we had a great experience. The property is situated in a private villa with a small lagoon at the beach. It feels like a Spanish fort when you are sitting down at the beach in front of the lagoon because of the large retaining wall preventing erosion to the property. We stayed in the Lo Studiolo, a one-bedroom apartment overlooking the Caribbean and were greeted by Fiona upon arrival. She was responsive and informative and made our stay easy, including offering recommendations and reservations at some local restaurants. Mercedes, the housekeeper made sure everything was clean and tidy and checked-in with us frequently to ensure our needs were met. If you're looking for a private, unrushed and go-at-your-own-pace setting, you couldn't find a better spot. It's the kid of spot an artist or writer would enjoy to have a private get-away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.

The suite was perfectly located. The surroundings were so beautifully landscaped and peaceful. It overlooked the beach and the sound of the surf was relaxing. There were nearby restaurants. Security was always present, pleasant and helpful. The only downside is that it gets extremely hot in the afternoons when the sun is on west side but the positive is the view of the sunset. I will definitely be returning here again and again when visiting Antigua.

Wow! The view! We had a great stay with our two year old. Do you want the $1,000/night view on a budget? This is your spot. We rented a car through Mandy on property and also had a great experience. Make sure you read about what is and what is not included in the amenities, as it seems some other reviewers did not.

We had a great stay here. It was very easy to communicate with Toy-Ann (John's cousin) who was very kind, responsive and helpful. She helped us organise our airport transfer, was very accommodating with our check in and check out times, and a wonderful and fun person to chat with when we met her. The studio is great - you have everything you need in it, a lovely balcony, and the residence has a pool with lounge chairs where you can relax, or the beach is 1-min away right outside the residence.

This was one of the best destinations we have been to and Clare and Matts place really made it our best holiday ever. What an oasis to chill out in after the UK, cool, spacious well appointed accommodation, superb outside space with a lovely clean pool and plenty of loungers to relax on. The beautiful palm tree at the end of the garden was perfect shade in the afternoon sun. Stunning beaches to lay around on and warm clear water to swim and snorkel in. Shirley Heights jump up on Sunday was a must visit and we had a great time there. Andrew

This unit is very good value. Spotlessly clean 2 bedroom unit on the water on the North Finger. Marjorie was great greeting us and checking in to make the sure went well. Bed was very comfy and we slept great in this quiet secure location. If you’re not into walking, renting a golf cart or car will be useful. Would stay again.

Very nice block of 4 apartments set in well maintained grounds and pool. Air con in all rooms which was great. Was a bit tricky to find as there is no clear sign - but easy once you know! We met guests staying in other apartments when around the pool which was really nice, particularly for our daughter who got to play with other children. A short drive to Jolly Harbour where I played tennis and we used the pool and restaurant. There is a nice community down there who’s made us feel very welcome. Best local beach was Ffryes which was great and 5 mins drive. A couple of good restaurants across the road. We were very pleased with our stay, thank you Lavern, Mo & Michelle!

Michelle è stata veramente eccellente, sempre disponibile e pronta a risolvere le problematiche e a soddisfare le richieste. è stato un soggiorno perfetto grazie anche a questa e eccellente abitazione, sicuramente superiore agli standard dell'isola che è molto povera nell'entroterra. Soggiornate qui e la vostra vacanza sarà perfetta. il posto migliore dove soggiornare, a meno che non vai in un costoso resort.

I needed a place that was close to the area for work. It was in a convenient location for me, with plenty of food options. It does not have all the bells and whistles, and can be noisy at times at night, but that’s what you expect in St. John’s. It’s great deal for the amount you tend to have to pay in Antigua. And it had what you needed to get by. Karen and hosts/hostess are all really friendly and responsive.

The home looked like it did in the photos. It was clean, had supplies that we would need. Stacy was very responsive and accommodating. The hole is in a great location. It is quiet, there is a grocery store within walking distance; there a fine restaurants in the complex; the are local vendors; it is on the bus route; close to the beach.

Miss Kathleen greeted me with great kindness. Made me feel like family and made sure I had everything I needed. Very clean and equipped! Star, the cute protective family dog out back didn't interfere with me at all and I actually felt safer with him there. Location is approximately 15 mins drive from town and 20 mins from English Harbour. 30 mins from most beaches. The apartment is connected to the main house via a back shared room you have to pass through to exit. Sometimes Miss Kathleen and her husband have to use or pass through there. The kitchen windows with curtains and kitchen door with a dark tinted window face out into that back room. Doors all locked with keys. There is also a separate detached small home in the backyard where her son lives. This is all just to say that you are not completely locked off or isolated from seeing other people here if thats what you seek. Your bedroom and bathroom are definitely very private and lock as well. Nice overall

I would highly recommend this Villa. It was beautifully furnished with all amenities. The bed was one of the comfortable I have ever slept in. We were also given lots of help with recommendations for exploring the area.

Lionel & Lorilyn are amazing hosts. We spent a month at Lamblion & felt at home & like family. It's location is in the centre of the island so everything is easily accessible by car or local bus. Waking up to the lovely view & watching the sunsets in front of our unit was incredible. We loved having conversations with Lionel & from day one he was super helpful & very responsive . As organic enthusiasts we loved having fresh home grown veggies & fruits from the garden & picking leaves for our morning tea. My husband was in heaven. We can't wait to go back. The apartments are truly exceptional! In fact, the photos do not do justice to the accommodations or the grounds. The location is also incredibly convenient, with easy access to the beach, sun loungers, and parasols. Casa Roots, the on-site restaurant, is fantastic. Along with offering delicious cocktails on the beach, the food is exceptionally well prepared. We explored Antigua as well as a day trip to Barbuda!
