The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Es gibt keinerlei Gründe oder Punkte, die uns gestört haben könnten. Meine Familie und ich waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Gastgeberin. Wenn wir wieder nach Paris kommen, würden wir gerne wieder in dieser Unterkunft übernachten. Die Gastgeberin war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat, war der Ort, sodass wir uns keine Sorgen um die Parksituation machen mussten. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, dass das Auto sicher ist direkt vor der Tür steht.

This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

This is such a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay in Paris. The children loved the games room and the pool. The living space and bedrooms are really comfortable and the cat is super-friendly. It was an easy walk to the RER station whenever we wanted to go into central Paris. It was wonderful to have such a relaxing space to come back to after a long day out. Booking and check in were very straightforward. Christian provided all the information we needed then we were met on arrival and shown around. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillies et nous en sommes très reconnaissantes (ajout d’un lit parapluie pour le bébé, attention particulière portée au chauffage…) Le lieu est superbe et reposant, c’est exactement ce que nous recherchions pour couper un peu d’avec le quotidien! One of the most remarkable houses we have stayed in - a real paradise on the outskirts of Paris. We were a family of 6 (3 young children and 3 adults) and had a lovely week at the house. Everything you need is on your doorstep and the house itself is perfect. The garden is a haven for children to run around and explore. We would come back in a heartbeat.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

L'appartement est confortable, avec un espace extérieur inspirant pour l'été... malheureusement nous y avons séjourné pendant l'hiver. Et notre hôte est très agréable et courtoise.

Séjour inoubliable ! Dans un superbe logement décoré avec goût, tous les équipements/matériaux sont d'une grande qualité. La situation est idéale à quelques pas de la ligne 1 qui mène au centre historique de Paris en quelques minutes ! Calme et privé, vraiment le meilleur endroit pour séjourner aux abords de Paris avec tous les avantages sans les inconvénients. Nous avons vraiment adoré.

Notre séjour dans je logement d’Olivia & Dom s’est merveilleusement bien déroulé. Le logement est impeccable. Très propre, charmant, facilement accessible en métro et en tram depuis Paris. Le quartier est calme et agréable, avec possibilité de parquer un véhicule facilement. Commerces à proximité. Le jardin et la spacieuse terrasse sont agréables. Idéal pour une grande famille.

Un grand merci à Olivier pour sa gentillesse et son accueil durant notre séjour ! Le logement était parfaitement propre et très agréable, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le quartier, calme et reposant. We had a great stay at Emilie & Nicolas house. They gave easy instructions for getting into the property and tips about local amenities prior to staying. The home is in a lovely area with bakeries & shops and a train station nearby which got you quickly into the centre of Paris. Having the secure parking space is also a great addition. The home felt welcoming and having 3 single beds in one room for our 3 children was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Il n'est pas facile de se loger à 10 sur Paris et sa banlieue proche, aussi, même si la maison est assez éloignée du centre de Paris, avec obligation de prendre des transports en commun fatigants, ce fut une belle adresse à retenir qui nous permettait de nous reposer dans le confort. Le jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers tout en fleur, rempli de chants de mésanges charbonnières fut amplement apprécié. Merci à Hamza !

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.
