We had a very lovely, peaceful weekend. The cabin exceeded our expectation, it is much cozier in person than the pictures show. The lake was beautiful and we even heard some loons, which is one of my favorite parts of being at the lake. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We took advantage of the games Becky had provided. We tried to do the ax throwing at Stout Brewing but they have discontinued that, which was a little disappointing- would have been something different to do. We did have a good time exploring the antique stores and candy store in Menomonee and visiting the Ellsworth Cheese location just outside of town. They have windows into the factory area where you can watch them make the cheese as well as a very nice store with a lot of interesting items. I would highly recommend for a quiet, disconnected trip. It was just what we needed.

Threw a bachelor party here and had an absolute blast! The property was truly amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. There was so much to do that we never once got bored. Our host was very friendly and always quick to respond. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured in the listing. 10/10 will definitely come back if we ever do something like this again. Highly recommend for group gatherings!

This farm was just as described. The hosts were kind and accommodating. The property was great and we walked around the farm many times a day. We appreciated the fresh muffins that were thoughtfully left for us. We bought a jar of local honey, look for it on the porch! We used the fire pit for s’mores and enjoyed the swing. Bring a flashlight! It gets dark at night and we couldn’t seem to find one. We would definitely stay here again. Great hosts and a wonderful property. Thank you!

The Hope Glen Farms Treehouse is cozy and has an old-world, architectural feel. The property itself is perfect but then they add in "challenges" within the treehouse. We found the secret room, counted tiny houses, found the 3 crosses and the agates. It was SO fun, that we hid 5 Sacagawea Gold Dollar coins within the treehouse, to add to the fun, before we left. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, the whole-house music system, warm tea on the covered porch in the hanging chairs, use of the full kitchen, reading by the gas fireplace and the amazingly comfortable bed. We will return!

This was a special getaway where we needed some quiet time. This place was amazing. A truly unique find and if you are even thinking of scrolling past, you are missing out. Place it large, amazing decorations. Well appointed, and so many recommendations it’s a pleasure to sit and think for a minute. Do I want to enjoy the quiet…. Or get on that wine tasting or crazy awesome view from Buena Vista point in charming Alma? I just need to find an excuse to come back.

Amazing place. Super cozy and comfortable. The wood burning stove and record player created a magical retreat for creating family memories. The loft is adorable and very spacious! The basement was way roomier than expected. All beds were very comfortable!! and a total hit with my kids. Communication was quick and easy and Naomi was great at checking in with us throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Was perfect! Exactly what I needed. Unfortunately a family emergency took me back to the city sooner than I had planned on leaving 😮‍💨 so disappointing

We stayed at Ali's place for 2 nights with a group of friends who came for a local wedding. It was roomy, comfortable and clean and very adequate for our group. It was a perfect setting for our time together.

With 4 families there was plenty of space for different activities and conversations to take place and not feel like you were on top of each other. The game room was a blast! Broken Pitchfork Farm was EXACTLY like, if not better than the pictures illustrated. It was beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, and the perfect getaway from the cities. I took four teenagers out there and they did not complain once. They enjoyed all the house and farm had to offer. We extremely enjoyed the bonfire, hot tub, surrounding land, the spacious house and amenities, and the cute little animals. I especially appreciated the interior decor; all the accents complimented the house so well and just makes you feel so welcomed and at home. Adding to the house, Heather is amazing. She is extremely responsive and very friendly. She checked on me regularly and made sure I had what I needed. Additionally, Dave, the farmer, was equally great and took good care of us as well. We got to interact with the farm animals, which was an added experience that we were honored to have. Overall, it was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had, and I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah's home! The home was so spacious and well equipped - perfect for our group of 8 adults. Sarah was very communicative and responsive. We really enjoyed the beautiful views of the property - the hot tub was also a bonus! We also did the short drive to Stillwater for shopping and restaurants.

Would highly recommend. Worked great for my 2 girls and myself. They loved seeing all the animals and petting them. Welch village is close to ski in the winter and canoe in the summer.

This was my first experience with Air bnb and Heather blew our expectations out of the water. The house was immaculate, with plenty of supplies stocked and the entire home very clean. We ordered from their farm to table store, and true to their word, they had everything we ordered stocked in the fridge. There were so many different activities on the farm as well, from having a fire, meeting all the animals, cooking in the farmhouse kitchen, relaxing in the sauna, and we even got to feed a baby sheep! We had a very nice relaxing weekend and will definitely be going back in the future!!

The home was very inviting and felt like home as soon as we walked in. Had some nice welcome touches when we arrived. I am not going to say what they were, so I don't ruin the surprise! If you are looking for a relaxing home for a long weekend with plenty of room, this would be the place!

When I got boxed out of a room at a local resort where our family reunion was held, I turned to AirbnB and found Jayde’s house. What an unforgettable place to stay! The house was very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed all of the antiques and vintage decor, but I really loved how generously the host family was in sharing their family history via photos and journals. I enjoyed a sunrise walk down to the water with my cousin Eric (he’s done work with the family and knows his way around) and we saw horses, cows, sandhill cranes, garter snakes, frogs, goldfinches, barn cats, and on and on. Just a truly serene way to end my trip. Thank you for sharing your home! Can’t wait to come back with my children—truly a natural paradise for kids and kids-at-heart.

We had a wonderful stay !! The farmhouse was redone beautifully and comfortably. We skied the Birkie and found the hour drive north very doable and welcomed to unwind and cozy into a place of peace and quiet. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Great place for families, and we would definitely visit again!

Nice place. My daughter and I stayed here while college shopping. It was comfortable, had what we needed. We also appreciated the home-theatre.

We enjoyed staying at this old farmhouse. It was a nice compliment to our purpose for the visit, seeing the Laura Ingalls Wilder cabin in Pepin. We enjoyed the sauna too. Clean and comfortable. There are many nice inclusions, such as books, games, and movies to fill in void times. Thanks for the relaxing stay.

Had an amazing weekend once again as this was our 3rd stay here! This is one of our favorites would recommend 10/10
