This villa is absolutely spectacular. After staying at a dozen other ones on the island over the years, Villa Ti'Cactus is by far my favorite. Waking up to the sunrise, being able to hop into the pool at the person temperature. It's very well-appointed, each access to St. Jean and very private. I could live there forever and be a happy man. I can't recommend more highly.

Max’s place was perfect for our needs. Fantastic location in St Jean beach with a phenomenal view! Everything was walkable! Perfect set up for family with kids or two couples. Max was very friendly and helpful proving great local recommendations. We would definitely return!

This property is everything and more. Perfect location, attention to detail, amazing (helpful) staff, so clean. We were in SBH for work and this spot was THE spot. Whether you’re looking for a “base” or a sweet little home away from home, look no further.

MAGNIFIQUE!! This is the second time I’ve stayed at Stephanie’s beautiful place… and I honestly wish I could move in and stay forever. Not only does it look even BETTER than the amazing photos, but Stephanie is the most gracious, helpful and responsive hostess ever. She’s ALWAYS available for questions big and small… and has literally thought of EVERYTHING a guest could want or need. If I could give Casa Bougainvilliers 10 stars, I would!

Unfortunately l did not make it to the Island due to a family matter however my colleagues where very happy and all my dealings with Frederique in the run up where very polite and efficient. Would defiantly like to come back

La chambre est parfaite, le lit ultra confortable, et nous avons adoré profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine avec vue panoramique sur toute la baie de Grand Cul-de-Sac. Un grand merci à Pierre, notre hôte, aux petits soins tout en restant très discret. Toujours disponible, réactif et bienveillant. Nous repartons reposées, émerveillées… et avec une seule envie : revenir vite !

An amazing place to stay! It has a wonderful view of Anse de Flamands and the ocean. The sky was beautiful during sunset. Has a great pool and has a wonderful concierge service that brings you to the airbnb and back to the airport. Our car rental had an issue and they were even able to find us a car to rent during our stay. I would highly recommend

The view alone is breathtaking—you can enjoy it not only from the terrace but even from the bed or the shower. It’s simply wow. Jean-Charles went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. He picked us up from the port and gave us all the insider tips we needed to make the most of our trip. And let’s talk about the breakfast—served daily with care, and absolutely delicious. As a Parisian, I can be quite picky with croissants, but his were genuinely excellent. Florence’s place is truly a gem and absolutely charming. The views from the balcony will live in my fondest of memories forever. The space itself has been tastefully decorated with such attention to detail. Everything you could possibly need is there. Florence is kind and welcoming, and offers great advice and recommendations. She even made a special trip to say good bye to us at the ferry terminal which says everything about her kindness and character. Do stay here if you ever have the opportunity.

Me perdi perto da noite pelas ruas de Saint Barth e ele foi me resgatar , pois eu estava sem internet ou GPS ! Foi bacana! A casa me surpreendeu ! A vista é linda ! Super espaçosa , limpa e cozinha equipada ! Me inspirou para cozinhar e me servir de um delicioso breakfast a cada Sunrise ! Lindo! Foi uma estadia deliciosa , com certeza voltarei para curtir mais intensamente os prazeres que Saint Barth nos traz , alma , coração e mente ! Aqui tudo se conecta ! Viviane et son fils Nicolas ont été des hôtes aux petits soins pour nous . Leur logement est vraiment parfait : au calme , une vue magnifique , une piscine au top , une terrasse parfaite . studio très bien équipé . Logement fonctionnel et très propre . Parking privé très pratique On reviendra avec grand plaisir 😉😀

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est à proximité de tout et l'emplacement est incroyable. Guillaume a été très réactif depuis le premier jour de mon arrivée, ça a été beaucoup apprécié. L'appartement contient tout le nécessaire et est 100% fidèle à sa description. Merci Guillaume.

The appartment was just perfect . Loved that it was in a secure private area . The view was amazing . And just near orientbay and grand case . With a nice bakery nearby and grocery store ! .. Florence was super kind and responds really quick . Thank you

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was close to numerous restaurants, night life options, and water options. It is a wonderful central location in Simpson Bay. There is gate security that added an extra level of comfort. Larger towels and beach towels were supplied. The unit was very peaceful and quiet at night as well. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future. Tanguy (or his mother) were very responsive on the couple of occasions that we had any questions.

Véronique place was absolutely perfect, even better than the pictures! It’s walking distance from the beach and from all the restaurants in Orient Bay. Highly recommended

We loved our first trip to the island so much we had to come back! It was an easy choice to stay at The Perch for a second time. The location is amazing, very private with beautiful views and an abundance of nature. The deck is perfect for taking a night off of going out, providing ambiance for sunset dinners and drinks in the jacuzzi. The location is fairly central, making it a great jump off point to explore many parts of the island. If only we could have stayed longer!

Great space. Great communication with host. Definitely rent a car if you stay here, as it’s about 10 minutes to the nearest restaurant/beach (except for the Indigo Bay beach restaurant, which was nice). Excellent time overall!

Review of The Hills – St. Maarten Staying at The Hills was the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The views were absolutely stunning—especially from the rooftop pool, which became my go-to spot for relaxing. The unit was modern, clean, and had everything I needed, plus the location was close to the best restaurants and beaches in Simpson Bay. With gated access and 24/7 security, I felt super safe throughout my stay. The only thing missing was a gym, but I was told one is in the works—which is great news for future visits. If you’re looking for a peaceful, elevated experience in St. Maarten, The Hills is a solid place.

love this place. It's a great location with nearby restaurants, markets, and Kim Sha beach, which is a 7 minute walk. My favorite thing about this air bnb is the safety. There is a guard that let's you into the property every time. I felt at peace sleeping here. I took advantage of the property's pools, which are nice and have great views. Overall, a great stay! Random thing to note: there is no TV in the bedroom upstairs.
