Welcome to our newly remodeled home in the heart of our city; it's close to everything Saginaw has to offer. Our place is equipped with everything you'd need to stay for 3 months or 3 nights. We're located just down the street from a long list of great places to eat and shop. Two very comfortable queen beds in two bedrooms, a full bathroom, galley kitchen, fast internet, washer and dryer in the basement, new flooring throughout and new furnishings are a great place to start your peaceful stay.

Enjoy this charming home built in 1914. This home has beautiful original woodwork throughout the home. Enjoy soaking in the claw foot tub. The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. A Juliet balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms overlooks the huge double lot fenced in back yard. Only one bathroom on 2nd floor. All bedrooms on 2nd floor.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. we are 1/2 miles from downtown and walking distance to the local golf course. This historic building was once home to the city taxi service, build in 1934 and fully renovated as townhouses in 2025. Lots of parking space available for trailers, boats, etc. Carport to park under. Not far from Starbucks, Cracker Barrel, and fast food. Super clean, all duvet covers and blankets washed after every guest. Phone/watch charging stations in the bedrooms. Coffee and coffee bread included with every stay. No pets please!
