The Puerto Princesa Underground River has been voted one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature, so understandably its one that most tourists check out whilst in town. It’s actually based in Sebang, a small beach town about 2-and-a-half hours from Puerto Princesa, but it’s easily accessible as a day trip. Port Barton: a sleepy coastal town which receives less of a tourist flow but is no less beautiful. In fact, fewer visitors keep Port Barton better preserved so in many ways it’s an even more idyllic place to unwind.
