Some of the best, most imaginative food I've had in Paris, at a decent prices, served by the most pleasant waiters I've met in a long time - a real find, just around the corner from the apartment. Not open on weekends, but open during the week for lunch and dinner. The best way to get a booking is to drop by during the day and ask.

There is an Italian restaurant in the front part that can get noisy and a bit hot in summer, but their artichoke lasagne is rather good...
