Miss Penny Cakes – her sweet Greek pastries are to die for, my favourite every time I come back to Melb is the Ek Mek and of the savory either the Greek feta bagel or the brioche egg & bacon roll with homemade relish. Andy her husband does the best coffee (sometimes the young staff coffee is not as good). Her carrot cake is YUM, it’s all delicious. Try it all!

The labneh pizza is my favourite (it’s not really a pizza)– its fresh mint, olives, tomato and labneh & cucumber – its all fresh! Russell’s favourite is the potato parcel.

Cheap and yummy Japanese food, 1km from the house. Walk up or catch the 58 Tram to the last stop on Bell St. Daggy/awesome 80's décor and excellent service. is usually quiet.
