3 Miles from my house! If you have kids or toddlers, this is the place to go. They are open Memorial Day weekend through August. You can rent cabanas, and they have an adult only bar. Be sure to tip! Most people who work there are local students!

Outdoor light installation just up the street. It is just beautiful! There are food trucks out there if you want to get some snacks. This installation was only supposed to be here for 4 months, but was such a hit that they have now been here for 2 years.

Great park for those who have kids. They have and upper park that is toddler friendly and a pond with lots of turtles! The lower park is mostly for older kids, but they do have a section for toddlers. There are 4 softball fields and 4 soccer fields, and has 3.1 miles of walking paths. My home is 3 miles from the park.
