575 Wandsworth Road, London, was the home of Kenyan poet and civil servant Khadambi Asalache until his death in 2006. This is a really cool, quirky place to visit. Unknown to many but I highly recommend visiting. Only available to visit via small guided tours, I reccomend booking in advance to ensure you get to visit.

Don’t miss the Micrarium – a kind of booth walled with little illuminated microscope slides.
