One of my favorite restaurants in the city. It offers a Michelin star chef, wonderful Spanish tapas and cuisine, and lovely decor inside and outside. I personally love the grilled the octopus. Best of all, the pricing is not outrageous. It's best to get a table in the back, which has an open roof (weather permitting), which totally elevates the dining experience!

Absolutely love this place. It's a scene-y, high-demand place and there is probably a line to get in on any given night. Best to make friends with the bouncer. You can eat in the smaller restaurant area in the back, or at the bar. You can expect an intimate setting here accompanied by great, upbeat and energetic music playing throughout. It is known to get a little rowdy at times, and can be very fun. It's a good place to meet others as it is a highly sought after destination in the village.

This place has an exterior sky deck that allows you to overlook the entire city. Great place to take some photos. There are few (if any) others like it! They even have an experience where you can climb the outside of the building, which I've done to get rid of my fear of heights!

This is a path that runs through the west side of the city, which allows you to travel through meatpacking district and see various installations, views, and artifacts from a raised walking track. This is a good walking path and best of all, it is literally only a few blocks away from the apt.

This is a historic park just outside west village and greenwich village. The park itself is nice, with fountains in the center, however what is also nice is simply being able to walk over there because you will undoubtedly get to explore the west village, and see some of the beautiful streets, shops, and people on the way over to the park, coming from the apt!

The park itself is nice, with fountains in the center, however what is also nice is simply being able to walk over there because you will undoubtedly get to explore the west village, and see some of the beautiful streets, shops, and people on the way over to the park, coming from the apt!
This is a no-brainer if you want to see the crown jewel of manhattan. Central park is a lovely area to get lost in, have a picnic, or just zen out. I put the south entrance here specifically because it is the closest entrance. You can spend all day in here, or multiple days. Do your wandering around, please!

If you plan to visit during the sunset hours, I recommend One World Observatory because it won't be as crowded as the Empire State. To see the New York skyline all lit up, visit Empire State. Empire State Building is better for night visits because it stays open till 2 am.
