With a great sushi happy hour and deliciously curated cocktail menu, Liberty is an excellent date spot. We recommend the Emerald City roll if you venture to the regular sushi menu.

If you feel like taking a trip to a different part of the city, Discovery Park is the crown jewel of Seattle parks.
