Best way to see Sydney is by boat. If you can't hire a boat take a ferry either from Rose bay to the Circualr Quay or from Circualr Quay to Manly. Lots to do in manly also but crossing the harbor is truly stunning

Closest ferry to the apartment is rosebay. Take ferry into circular quay. Best photo ops of the opera house snd harbour bridge are on the water coming out from the quay.
From city Take ferry to manly to take in the whole harbour city. Lunch in one of the many restaurants and cafes in manly, take a swim and then ferry back to rosebay by sunset. Uber is about 7 minutes from rosebay pier to tamarama
