It's a mall, lol, founded 5 years ago and the first one in Cuzco. As much as I personally dislike them, occasionally it is fun and or needed. It is fun to see people timid to use the escalators for the first time! :) Or watch BK take 15 minutes to make a hamburger look like the picture! :)
