One of the best options you can find for tasting an excellent Roman pan pizza. You will find many in the city, even in Trastevere. Lots of flavours to choose from and always quality prime materials. A great option for eating something on the fly!

Trapizzino is very famous among locals... I tried once and I loved it! it's a great option when your energies need a boost ! is a kind of container made of pizza dough (what else) and filled with many different flavours, many of them Roman dishes: chicken in a pan with peppers, meatballs, oxtail, eggplant Parmiggiana but no olny. The idea is to get rid of the dish and put the food and sauce directly into the bread with which the dish would then be carefully cleaned of the sauce itself! Capturing any residual food on the plate with bread is a custom that denotes that the dish was much appreciated. We say 'do the Scarpetta'!!! Try it and let me know :-)

not only a very good street food option, but also a very historic place where to relax for aperitif after a long day sightseeing enjoying an excellent selection of typical Roman-style fried street food! Supplì are fried rice balls and can be had in many flavours, from the traditional one with mozzarella, (called on the phone because if you open it in half the stringy mozzarella looks like a telephone wire) but also with meat ragout, cabronara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe....do I have to go on...?
