Cosey Beach is a great location. There is so much to do within walking distance. There is a town beach down the block with a pavilion, playground, bocci courts, volleyball nets and a splash pad. Also the Sandpiper restaurant is there and a park. People are friendly and love to walk the streets and many have dogs.
