By following the direction of the Owl featuring on each of the bronze pavement plaques, the trail unlocks many of the hidden Yards that are tucked behind the main streets. The pier is an enduring example of Victorian architecture, having withstood many storms, tidal surges and even an attempt to blow it up by the Government in WW2 to prevent the pier being used as a landing strip for enemy invaders!

Parents are encouraged to play alongside their children, which makes for a fabulous and brilliantly exciting time for the whole family.
