Beautiful view of the surrounding towns on top of the mountain. If you rise early you can catch a spectacular sunrise on a clear morning. The sunset in the evening is beautiful as well. It’s about 45 minutes from our home. The hiking trails are some of the more difficult in the area but there is a good bit of scenery that can be enjoyed from your car as well. Plenty of photo spots along the assent up the mountain.

There are some beautiful spots for pictures that capture the distant mountains as well as ruins from the famous Aspinwall Hotel that was destroyed in a fire in 1931.
