My favourite local restaurant close to the house is the Bistrot de Malfourat which has amazing views over the valley towards Bergerac. Eymet: I like The Walnut Bistro. Also there are some good eating spots around the main square. Bergerac has lots of restaurants. I like La Villa Laetitia, and Le 1896. Le Jardin de Kashmir is a good Indian restaurant in the old town.

Sigoules is the local town, about 5 mins drive or 40 mins walk. It has a small Carrefour supermarket, a Credit Agricole cash till, a pharmacy, a petrol station, a restaurant called Chepaou, and other shops. There is a small market on Saturday mornings with local growers and producers. The Code Bar cafe is good for a morning coffee and meals, its good value and very french.
