Outdoors
Some great near by nature spots.
This is the access road to the beach nearest our place. It's about a 5 minute walk from the house, and is absolutely beautiful. It's often quite secluded but you'll probably meet a couple friendly dogs out with their owners. A great spot to relax! Keep your eyes out for wildlife. Seals, sea lions, eagles and sometimes even whales can be spotted from the shore.

A perfect walk/hike hybrid. More than a walking trail but less than a hike with various trails through the woods. Lots to see including a couple beautiful small waterfalls.

I'm always looking for the beavers working away at their dams. The cove itself is gorgeous, and there's lots of info boards with interesting tidbits about the area.
