Butler's Pantry is on Vernon Avenue. You would need a car to get there or you could incorporate popping in to it during a walk.
They sell delicious ready-made gourmet food which just needs oven heating back in the flat. I like all their dishes but my particular favourite is any of the chicken dishes. Tasty cakes and biscuits too.
