Sightseeing
Lighthouse has beautiful panoramic views. Beautiful cliffs,but be careful and stay away from the edge. Also at the area of Playa Sucia, one of my favorite beaches.

So, this one is a really full day as it is quite a drive away. Beautiful rainforest with waterfalls. Great hiking. Plenty to see. Go early. Sites do close in the early afternoon.

Great location for a beach day. Sometimes Pelican man is out and you can watch him with the birds. More waves at this beach than on the beaches further south.

Boqueron is a pretty place to visit. Spend a day at the beach. There is a long beach so you can pick your favorite spot. Beautiful sandy bottom and blue water. Or go for the nightlife. After dark the main strip comes alive as a great hot spot for food, drinks, and fun.

If you are in need to a long hot soak, here's a hot spring, this is a well run facility. They have 3 nice hot thermal pools (all at different temperatures). Great place for a couple hours and pretty cheap. Clean. Go weekdays, early morning to avoid crowds.
