Take a stroll along the Bayshore Trail and enjoy the sights of the ducks, swans, turtles etc along the shore, and watch the boats go by. Stop for an ice cream cone at the concession by the boat launch or go for a snack and a drink at the end of the pier.

Take a nice walk along the Moira river that runs parellel to the main downtown street "Front St. Cross over the walk bridge and then walk on the opposite side of the river along the Riverside Park Trail. If you have the energy to make it all the way to the end, there is a lovely park to take a rest and enjoy the trees and views.
