An antiqued carousel-shaped, 24-seat circular cocktail bar that slowly turns, making a full rotation every 14 minutes; it’s inspired by The Carousel Bar & Lounge, whose revolving merry-go-round bar has spun in New Orleans for more than 70 years. Serving NOLA signatures like the Sazerac and Vieux Carré as well as other classics like the French 75, Wolfie’s Carousel will operate Tuesday to Sunday from 4 p.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.
