At the Rockefeller Plaza, this is probably the best view of the city. Better than The Empire Estate Building, and best roof in New York in general. Trick: Go to the rainbow room, just a floor under, and for the same price than the access price at Top of the rock, you can buy a beer at rainbow room! :)
