Plus, in December…it hosts the famous World Championship Darts competition. Catch the bus to Wood Green and then another up to Ally Pally – or get there quicker using Uber/Bolt.

If you like Turkish food, then this place has the best outside of, well, Turkey! Gokyozu is our favourite, but they are all good! Green Lanes – a 15 minute walk – also has an array of cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Our nearest park, five minutes walk from our house, has a playground, tennis and basketball courts, and a little football ‘cage’, plus a small ‘greasy spoon’ cafe selling standard meals.
