Highly recommended Gastronomic Facilities
Exceptional and not just traditional Costa Rican cuisine. The food, the drinks, the dessert, the homemade cake are unbeatable. The ambience and the furnishings are extremely cozy and very tastefully decorated.
Only here is the best coffee, cappuccino and espresso, as only Café Santé has the right Italian machine. Also, there are delicious homemade cakes, very good sandwiches, healthy and special salads. Not to forget the delicious milk shakes and fruit smoothies from 100% fresh fruits.
Also known as Gallery Café Santé, local artists make drawings, paintings, art from driftwood, seeds and other natural objects. As well as a lot of other souvenirs.

Restaurante San Miguel is the Gem in the whole Coyote Area!
Excellent food, sophisticated menu, fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. The owner and Chef, a local Costa Rican but who used to live in Europe, really showcases his worldly experience in this little gem of a restaurant. A must not Miss place!

The highlight! On deserted trails, past gigantic jungle trees through the jungle up to the waterfall. A truly unique experience! Most of the time you have the waterfall with its pools totaly for yourself. You can swim there wonderfully in crystal clear water and relax there all day.
Do not forget to bring lunch packets. The walk up is easy and can be done in 45 minutes
