Restaurante americano moderno

“Tari's serves an incredible tomato-basil bisque for lunch (and dinner!) I particularly enjoy the pecan-crusted salmon filet with spinach and gingered mashed sweet potatoes for dinner. They also have steaks! Weekend dinner is usually busy, but the crowd is gone by 8pm or so. Most places in town close early compared to the city--fair warning. :) ”

“Garrett County's eclectic spot! Live music, crazy, interesting setting, craft brews and a simple, fun place to visit. Awesome Firefly Farm cheese and wine shop directly across the street. Located in town of Accident, MD (interesting story with the town hame - easy to Google), this is a fun & tasty destination! My wife and I have many times grabbed a specialty cheese cut to our size at the Firefly Farm! Great gift ideas there too! less than 5 min away! ”

“Coca Cafe- featuring a menu of local and seasonal ingredients, but catch them early because they are only open for breakfast and lunch. I'm a big fan of their freshly squeezed juices mixed with champagne.  ”

“This is directly across from the springs on the most historic street in town. The owner also has a fruit orchard, so the fruit syrups are homemade. I particularly love the peach lemonade! There is a shelf stocked with vintage board games that makes for some great down time! The coffee and tea are both amazing--and, FYI, the baristas do not take tips.”

“I recommend this place because it was one of the first coffee shops in the area and because of the great courtyard across the street where you can enjoy your beverage in the fresh air. The vibe here can be a bit stand offish to outsiders. I don't think it's intentional but I wouldn't come here to get a taste of the Pittsburgh friendliness. ”

Restaurante vegetariano/vegano

“This middle eastern influenced vegan cafes in the neighborhood of Lawrenceville is one of my favorite places in the city. It is outstanding for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their sourdough pancakes are some of the best I've ever had. Their hearty tofu scrambles will impress meat eaters alike and leave you wondering how they manage to do it.”

“We recently went here for dinner for our anniversary and were so impressed. This little cottage is a hidden gem. You can grab wines, cheeses, and other necessities during the day for your hikes but the restaurant is to die for at night. Make reservations. ”
