“This place was featured on Diners, Drive-in’s and Dives. They feature local and organic ingredients. I personally enjoys their veggie burgers, pretty yummy awesome. They have live music Thursday-Sunday in the dining area and 50 local beers on tap at their outdoor bar. This is a family style place, really cool.”

“Mi Tierra is a good Tex Mexican restaurant (honestly not the best one in town but still good and popular). It is open 24/7, 365 days a year. This is a good really late night spot or if you're just interested in checking out Market square.”

“This is a Mexican Street food place at the Pearl Brewery area (the Pearl Brewery area features many restaurants, bars and shops). There is almost always a wait so keep this in mind. Small plates or appetizers to share. Indoor or outdoor on the river seating.”

“This downtown bar, located on the Riverwalk, has some of the most delicious food and drinks we’ve had in San Antonio! Many of the items on their menu are familiar but are somehow better than any we’ve had elsewhere. Try their fried pickles, Frito pie, and Moscow mule! (*Just FYI this restaurant can be loud and at night they dim the lights pretty low. Also, most downtown restaurants will require you to park in a parking garage & walk to your destination.. this one's on the Riverwalk though so the walk isn't so bad :))”
