The place was amazing. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve rented in terms of value for money. Very responsive host. The location is private, had pretty much all the amenities one needs and everything was well organized. The only downside is the check in is at 3pm but the checkout is at 10am. Which is pretty much unheard of. I’ve asked for one hour extension but was immediately sent a 25$ surcharge request for 1 hour. Apart from that everything was good.

Had a wonderful weekend at Ashley's place! The condo is located just a few minutes from the K-1 base (and skiable too, but we came late in the season) and had everything we needed. Fireplace and sauna/hot tub (in an adjacent building) was a great bonus. Ashley was incredibly helpful and friendly, I'd love to come back!

Perfect location for skiing, and cosy home that we all enjoyed (including our pup). We appreciated the thoughtful touches provided by the host, and the apple orchard was a beautiful setting. Would definitely stay again!

Dan & Holly are amazing hosts. They provided everything needed to make our week great. They left dining recommendations and all of the information we needed for the property. It was the perfect space for our family. The on-site amenities were great. The pool space was super clean and the staff was amazing. The property is well maintained and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Downtown Rutland was a short drive, and there was so much to see just minutes from the property. Dan & Holly are extremely responsive and truly think of everything. We had no questions and checking in and out was a breeze because they are so thorough. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The stay was excellent. The home was beautifully renovated. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Location was perfect for the 8 of us for a ski weekend at Killington. Hope to be back.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the trailside chalet! A quick walk up the road to the ski lifts and plenty to keep us entertained after a day of skiing. We really enjoyed the fire place and pool table!! Prescott was a great host, quick to respond to our questions.

We stayed in this house with a big group that included kids. It was nice to have a private bathroom in each room and plenty of space for everyone, including a tv/game room and two dining areas. The house is an old inn with a lot of character, but it is clean and well taken care of. We cooked some nights, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The house is close to the road, but the trees provided nice privacy. The property is beautiful, and the kids (and adults) loved playing outside. It was close to town without feeling close to town. Daniel was quick to respond and helpful. We also liked that there were no check out requirements or checklists, which helped since we had kids with us. When we arrived, there were obvious mice in the house - we saw poop in a couple of bedrooms and a mouse in the kitchen. It/they retreated after the first day. The other issue was the rooms were difficult to control the temperature. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we’d stay again.

Meadow’s place is beautiful. It’s modern, homey, and super cozy. Everything was clean, the location was less than 5 min from town shops & Okemo Mtn. The beds were incredibly comfy, the house was spacious, and the bathrooms were spotless. There is also a jacuzzi in the back that was very clean and kicked on frequently. 10/10 would recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

This is my third time staying at Virginia’s house. She is very responsive, checking in via a message to see if everything is going well. It’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in the center of the village. I plan to be back again next year.

This was our second time staying at the racquetball house and it was just as incredible as the first. Lucked out with some great spring skiing on Friday, and checked into the Airbnb after. The house is very conveniently located to the mountain. We made full use of the court. Played racquetball, volleyball, dodgeball, kickball, pickleball, wall ball. Basically just spent all weekend playing games in the court and then relaxing in the hot tub to end the day. The living room / kitchen area is a great gathering layout. We will definitely be back.

Amazing location, had everything we needed for a cozy cabin for a friends ski weekend. The hot tub was great, clean house with ample space to fit everyone. Nice surround sound for music. Stephen was responsive and helpful! The driveway was plowed and walkway shoveled promptly after a big snow storm. We had a great time!

We had a great stay at Michael’s place! The house was lovely with room for all 16 of us both in common spaces and beds. One of the best parts about this stay is the proximity to Killington and Pico Ski Resorts - it is genuinely <15min from both mountains! The hot tub was also fantastic and made our trip. One small word of advice would be during spring ski season to make sure to bring footwear that can get muddy for the parking areas next to the house. Other than that, our stay met and exceeded all expectations!

This place was perfect inside and out. It looked exactly like the photos. It was unique and inviting. Nicholas was amazing with his communication, help, and we truly felt like he went the extra mile. The house was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the couches upstairs were a favorite place to relax and unwind. There was a nice place for a fire outside and plenty of wood. We would 100% recommend staying here!

Jeff was an awesome host. He shared the instructions to get to the house and all things to do around the house. Followed up with us once we got there about our experience to check in and made it very easy for us. The house is great and we enjoyed every bit of it. The best place is the deck overlooking the mountains. We did lot of grill and enjoyed eating on the deck. Kitchen was pretty well organized with all the utensils and literally everything was available, even if we missed carrying few things from home, it would have been available at the house. Kids enjoyed board games and watching TV. Best experience we had in recent times.

This was our second stay at Julie's house. One of the most comfortable houses we've stayed in. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and supplies. With the new bathroom and bedroom there is plenty of space for a larger group and the layout is very comfortable. The location is perfect for anything in the Rutland / Killington area. Julie is always very responsive and super friendly.

Our group of 7 felt right at home here. It was home base for our ski trip—easy access to Killington. We enjoyed being able to spend time together in the living room and kitchen but also have our own spaces for a restful sleep. Jade and her partner were very responsive, thoughtful, and kind—going the extra mile to ensure a great stay.

We stayed at Dan's place off season, so the roads were not an issue. The place was comfortable, private, and relaxing. Everything that we planned on seeing was not too far away. The kitchen had everything we needed for our week visit. Dan was quick to answer when we had questions and the door locking system was easy to use. We would definitely stay again off season or in the summer.

Very well equipped -- everything you need for a comfortable home. There were supplies for everything except the dishwasher. Harry built a ramp up to the back entrance so we could easily use our mobility scooters. The place smelled great and was decorated for the holiday! I would recommend that Harry and Kim add some labeling so we understand where stuff is kept and which light switches control what. Please also check on the upstairs TVs -- we were not able to get them connected to the wifi and make them usable, but we didn't really need them.

Had an awesome week staying in this fantastic property. Excellent location with a 10 minutes drive to the slopes and good restaurants walkable or only a short drive away. The house was perfect and in a beautiful private location as well as being clean and well stocked with all the amenities you could need, including a great hot tub, firepit and boot driers. Communication with the hosts was effortless and they were very friendly and flexible. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.
