The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. The Berghüttli: Glowing Swiss Hut in the Forest

The Berghüttli ("little mountain hut") is a Swiss-inspired hut and farm stay surrounded by National Forest in Goshen, VT (pop. 168). A completely private escape—no other structures in sight, just woods and quiet. Inside, a wall of windows brings the forest right up to you, while glowing maple plywood fills the space with warm light. High-speed fiber internet runs a reliable 300 Mbps. Situated on a quiet country road this adorable home on one wooded acre has lovely mountain views and a peaceful setting. Nearby you will find skiing, hiking trails and quaint Vermont towns with shops and restaurants. Manchester and Rutland are 30 min. drives, Dorset is just 20 min. Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.

Situated on acres of woods next to a small creek, the cabin is 15 minutes to Okemo Mountain, the Appalachian Trail and scenic Vermont towns for dining and shopping. With a queen bed loft, a double bed bedroom and a pull out sofa, the cabin sleeps up to 4 people. The kitchen is nicely equipped and there is a charcoal grill outside. High speed fiber optic internet will keep you connected. Max 2 pets allowed.

Bright, secluded, second floor one room suite with private bathroom overlooking Mill River and across a covered bridge. No neighbors visible, but near town. Fly fish in the back yard, sit around the firepit, enjoy fall foliage, and hike and ski. Swinging bridge and Appalachia long trail very nearby. Close to three ski resorts: Killington, Okemo, and Pico. Dogs are welcome and loved, with plenty of room to run. Comfortable queen-sized bed and couch.

Also, we have recently introduced a NO CLEANING FEE policy as our way of saying "Thank You" for respecting our property and guidelines.

Located near Lake Bomoseen and Castleton University. This is a charming upstairs apartment in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Walking distance to boat rentals and to a local country store. This apartment provides you with a cozy stay - a bedroom with a queen size bed, sofa bed, and air mattress. There is Roku television, a heat pump for air conditioning or heat, Keurig coffee maker, and more. This is a non smoking unit.
