It was a lovely home! Clean and neat! I would definitely recommend this house n stay again!!

We spent 2 nights at Ginger’s place and found it to be comfortable, clean, homey and with a very well-equipped kitchen. The king size bed was super comfy and the HVAC system worked great! Ginger was a terrific hostess - responsive, flexible with our check-in time and hospitable. The location was very convenient for our needs and I can certainly envision staying at Ginger’s again!

This is a well maintained older home with character. It is clean, well organized and comfortable. The Host is fantastic with suggestions for dinner and sightseeing. Don’t hesitate on this listing it’s well worth the stay!

The living room and kitchen were a great space for our family to hang out after spending the day in Nashville. The location was peaceful and the shower had good water pressure. The third bedroom bed was not as comfortable, but the other sleeping accommodations were good. The hosts were quick to reply and very friendly. Overall, great stay!

Wonderful house! Clean and spacious. We loved the covered porch area. Conveniently located to lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy enough to get to downtown Nashville from this location as well.

House was very clean, easy to find and a great location for going to Rythm Volleyball Academy!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s gorgeous house on the farm! From the moment I arrived, Tina was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even had a separate hair salon onsite, which was such a unique touch! I also got to enjoy fresh eggs from her chickens – such a treat. The animals were all so sweet! Her three dogs were lovable, and her chickens added a charming touch to the farm. Her Border Collie quickly became my favorite – super friendly and affectionate. As for the second grey cat… let’s just say he’s a bit of a brat, so maybe keep your distance! The property itself is stunning. The soaking bathtub was pure bliss, and the walk-in shower was perfect. The farm is incredibly serene, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. I absolutely loved the enclosed porch that overlooks the countryside – the perfect spot to wind down and relax. The only minor downside was the WiFi – it wasn’t the greatest, but it still worked. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and

The host Jennifer was great. The house is awesome. It's clean and they have taken great effort to make sure you have everything you would need for a great stay. The layout of the house is prefect if you have family and kids with you. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

Thyrl is a wonderful host with a beautiful home. We had everything we could possibly need. It's a beautiful family neighborhood. The house is spacious and exactly as described. Thryl was quick to answer any questions I had. I did not have any issues with our stay at all. It was easy to find and easy to access. There are plenty of local restaurants and shopping not far. I definitely recommend Thyrl as a host and his home as your home away from home.

The townhouse was beautiful. There is still construction in the area. But it wasn’t overly noisy. We felt right at home. Very comfortable.

We stayed for two weeks at the Nolensville Sweet Retreat with our two puppies. The first week I traveled to downtown Nashville for a conference daily and second was spent with family in the area. The central location to Nolensville kept me close to family, activities, restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood could not have been more welcoming of me and my two big puppies. The walking trails/paths through the development were absolutley wonderful to explore with my puppies and with my young great nieces and nephews. The home was welcoming and cozy. It was very clean when we arrived. Everyone felt very comfortable within moments. Plenty of space for our X-Large collapsible kennels with in the dinning area. Great internet connection and speed for anyone traveling for work. We look forward to staying again in the near future while visiting family. 😀

Great location to MTSU. Close to grocery stores and anything you would need. Clean, spacious, safe. Property was exactly as described, host had excellent communication, and it accommodated our group of 11 easily

Jessica and Joe were the best hosts during our extended stay! Even the smallest request was answered timely. Their home left nothing to be desired, from Qtips to spices, a stapler and even "fixins" for s'mores to be enjoyed by the fire pit! It was definitely "a home away from home"! Cannot recommend highly enough...many thanks so much!!

Our stay was so great! Mackenzie was super responsive and such a great host. Instructions were clear on how to get in and the house was perfect not only for our needs but was equipped with everything we needed and more. It’s super convenient if you want to stay between Nashville and some of the distilleries like Uncle Nearest and Jack Daniel’s. Would definitely stay again.

Nice home with some updates. There was a little glitch with one of the toilets, but the manager came over immediately and fixed it We liked the location and access to the playground. The office desk and lots of plugs for charging was a hit. Kitchen was well appointed and everything clearly marked.

Beautiful property - the pictures don’t even do it justice. Perfect for first-time campers, or in my case, getting your dog used to camping. 10/10 recommend!

Sarah is a great communicator! I needed to change my reservation last minute (to 2 days earlier), and she responded within seconds of my request, which allowed me to get on the road right away. This was HUGE for me. The house was spotless clean and very comfortable. I traveled with 2 dogs, and the yard was securely fenced. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe, and was close to shopping & restaurants. I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Perfect lay out for people with us. 2 bedrooms downstairs for older family members easy to access. Everyone upstairs comfortable, not crowded. Homey and pleasant. Enjoyed being with family (not a usual thing for us). Before and after wedding of our youngest son. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. Easy in and easy out. We really appreciate it.

It’s the little things that made a difference for us! Examples include: nice, clean, white throw blanket on the leather sofa. Great for cozying in front of the television; darker make-up towels (the ladies understand) 😉; the shower rug - cute, functional, and absorbent; the disposable cups in the restroom for rinsing; the bath towels were white, fluffy, clean, and smelled fresh. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were super comfortable;The garment steamer was a pleasant surprise; The modern decor was beautiful and created a warm “at home” feel. Spacious. White walls. Beautiful wood floors. Nice art. Although we didn’t use it, we loved the swing on the back porch. The tall mature trees are beautiful and contribute to an overall peaceful atmosphere and nice view. The only suggestion we have is to add window treatments to the front door for privacy. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
