The soulful dwelling is mid-century modern style w/ expansive decks, lush gardens, outdoor space & a serene, yet hip, interior including a cozy living room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The lay out is two separated bed/bath units- offering complete privacy for 2 couples or parents w/ kids! Float the river, soak in the hot tub or just relax. Pets OK- $50 fee

Lucky Bend Lookout—Kid friendly, in a quiet redwood forest, and just 1 mile from Downtown Guerneville. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath home with 2 queen beds, a twin bunk bed, and queen size sofa bed. Floating dock with canoe, kayaks and standup paddle board available in the summer season. This property has special compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement and ID verification. We can’t do a check-in/out on Thanksgiving or Christmas day.
