Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Great hosts!! Really friendly, responsive and caring! I booked this for family visiting Nottingham for the first time and I’m glad we did! My family felt right at home and were delighted with their stay! They were very comfortable staying in this private annex and really liked the homely touches and warm welcome they received from the hosts. They said they would love to stay here again :)

We all had a lovely stay with Pete and Sue. The annexe was spacious and perfect for a group of 4! It was extremely homely and comfortable, you can’t fault it! We were very well welcomed by Milo who was a real character😅! They had great recommendations for the area which was stunning! It was easy to locate and had no trouble at all! Hugely appreciated their hospitality and was definitely worth the visit. We hope to come back to the area soon!😁

Fabulous 3 night stay as a family of 6. Cottage is bigger than it appears in the photos, plenty of room for all of us. Really well equipped, great shower, wonderful location, lots of charm. Children loved the cats that came to visit and looking out on the horses. Dermot and Anne were lovely hosts, really friendly and gave us useful local information along with breakfast items, tea coffee etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and book again. An absolute gem. Thank you

We usually stay in a hotel when we visit our son in Nottingham- but not anymore now I’ve discovered Rob and Jo’s place- slept so well and am usually a really light sleeper so that was a real plus. The garden house was spotless and lovely and warm despite it being below freezing outside. Rob and Jo are lovely people who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast bits were an extra treat- all so calm and quiet. Will definitely be back and would recommend 100%. Thank you so much!!

Loved the Grannex. it was perfect for us and our dogs. great enclosed space for them to mooch about and have a good sniff. It had everything you could need for a short term stay, all neatly stored. Comfy beds and furniture and lovely walk on shower space/ wet room. Kirsten was a great host, great comms leading up to the stay and super helpful whilst we were there with some handy local tips and stuff. The Grannex is a peaceful space at the rear of the owners house, whilst it is ideally located for driving in, there was very little noise from the local roads. Would definitely stay again when visiting Nottitngham. Thanks Kirsten.

We had a wonderful stay at Bahar’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cosy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. Bahar was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops and transport, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. We truly felt at home and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with our 5yo daughter. It's a lovely place. Very secluded and quiet despite being so close to the railway line. The kitchen is well-equipped and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was my son’s first stay alone on a course at an air bnb Emma was kind and welcoming but gave him the space he needed to study. He loved the fact it was secure and safe. He also commented he would love to line in a place like Emma’s new clean tidy, thanks you.

11 night stay in Tracey's annex, and it was perfect for our stay. Easy drive to Trent Bridge for Cricket games, purpose of our visit. Loved the annex, comfortable and cosy, very clean, so well thought out to use space, everything we needed to make our own meals, and even provided cereals, bread butter , jams ,milk for breakfast, thankyou !! Shower room lovely, and super shower space. Able to control temperature for comfort. Lovely well tended garden, and adequate parking space. Very near to tram station, and supermarket, so all in all a great place to stay !! Tracey was very helpful, and responded to all messages in double quick time !! Looking forward to our future bookings.

We loved our stay at Louise's. Such beautiful grounds with great facilties. My kids loved the games room and the tennis court especially. We can't wait to book again in warmer months so we can make use of the pool! Louise is a great host and made our first stay using airbnb very easy.

A casa é perto da universidade e tem cozinha e lavanderia que atendem muito bem as necessidades. O chuveiro é excelente e as roupas de cama e banho estavam impecáveis. O único ponto de atenção para quem for locar essa residência é a escada com os degraus pequenos, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia de pessoas sem problemas de mobilidade. O proprietário me atendeu sempre com muita cordialidade e rapidez. Recomendo e certamente voltarei a locar.

We found the Little Nook a fantastic place to stay. The accommodation was clean and bright, with good quality fittings and finish. A fully equipped kitchen with including dishwasher and washing machine. Michelle was a very friendly and helpful host. We will certainly be staying again when in the area, and would highly recommend the Little Nook to others.

Lovely place to stay! Very clean and tidy! It was in the perfect location with only a 10 minute walk into the centre. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Nottingham :)

Marsha is so so lovely, she and her daughter go above and beyond for their guests, beautiful people, even Molly the dog is gorgeous. Great space, very clean and tidy, great communication and just lovely place to be! Will be rebooking every year! Thank you Marsha and Amber ❤️

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Robert and Janes lovely and spacious annex. It is obvious that they take every effort to make your stay as comfortable and easy as it can be. The annex is just like the pictures and is spotlessly clean. Cooking and eating in is a very welcome addition to our stay and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and all the cutlery. The shower is lovely and the bed is very comfortable with crisp nice smelling bedding. Robert is very helpful and always responsive should you need anything. You will find Robert and his lovely wife Jane to be a lovely couple to meet and chat along with. I would definitely recommend without hesitation that you stay with them at their place. Nina was a truly excellent host! We booked the property to watch Wrestlemania and the Location was unbelievable, very close to the Bus Stop and a few local shops about 100 yards away, the check in was very easy and we had some lovely goodies left for us by the host. You won’t find a better value for money property in the whole of the East Midlands and we will be booking again!
