The pool area is very relaxing and modern, the master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Kitchen has everything you need and more and the speakers throughout the home topped it off! We were in a bind with a previous booked air bnb and needed a new house. They were super fast at responding and had the house ready for us in an hour. Amazing property and wonderful hosts! Can’t wait to book again!

Our stay at Pecanway Farm House was absolutely perfect for our daughter's wedding weekend. It wasn't just a place to sleep; it felt like going to grandma's house – warm, welcoming, and filled with a comforting sense of home. Having our family members stay with us under one roof was such a gift. It allowed for precious moments of connection, laughter, and support leading up to and after the big day that wouldn't have been possible in separate hotel rooms. The house itself was well equipped with everything we needed to host, cook, and connect. The game room and pool table received a lot of attention from everyone! It provided a wonderful backdrop for creating lasting memories. We are so grateful for this haven that allowed our family to truly be together during such a special time. This is a beautiful house close to the UNT campus and stadium. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Matan was very responsive to questions and instructions. I would highly recommend this house.
