Enjoy a comfy living room with a smart TV. Note: Jersey Shore Beaches and Trains/Ferries to NYC are nearby. Train noise may be heard at night; no dishwasher, no washer/dryer, and no automatic ice maker.

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
