很好的体验，感觉得出来郭爸爸和小郭先生有很用心经营着这个温馨的小空间。刚到时因为对地型不熟，找到他家费了点劲，郭爸爸很耐心地指点。找到之后发现位置真的不错，离老街近又不会吵，因为在山上地势高，景致非常不错，早上拉开窗帘满眼全屏版山景，简直感动到了！是会推荐给朋友的民宿！

這絕對是我住過九份體驗最好的民宿了。 令人驚豔的空間安排帶來良好的採光及氣氛，很大程度的保留了老屋本身的美感，而不是全面的翻新，這點非常的對我的胃口。 客廳提供了大電視及 Netflix (設定好的，不用登入自己帳號)，以及一台任天堂 (FC) 的復刻機，看看電影打打電動幾個小時就過去了。 旁邊除了餐桌，還有完備的廚房設備。提供自製早餐的簡單材料，冰箱裡甚至預先製作好了冰塊，這點我在台灣根本沒有碰過。 最後，整間房間最棒的一定是半露天的浴缸，晚上白天各有不同的景色，泡著澡喝著小酒，享受九份的夜景，這次的住宿真的是很美好的體驗。 推薦來九份可以來這邊入住，喜歡老式建築氛圍的人應該都不會失望的。

We had a really wonderful stay here! Greeted kindly by Vickie who also prepared us a delicious breakfast made with love. Loved being at the end of old st as it was away from the hustle and bustle while still being really close to beautiful views. We loved our stay and highly recommend a visit!

Joe has a brilliant place to stay for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas

Really comfortable bed, beautiful view, and modern bathroom. Great location near Jiufen Old Street. Breakfast at the teahouse had an amazing view.

Joe’s place was extremely cozy and looked exactly liked the pictures. :) he also allowed us to leave our luggage with him on the day of check out as we explored the surrounding areas. It was easy to find the place as well and Joe will kindly follow up on the day of check in with clear directions and visuals on how to find his place. Walkable distance to Ruifang station and a bus stop which brought us to Jiufen! :) Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again! Do try to explore the other exits of Ruifang station as there are many other restaurants and even a food court!

房东很热情亲切，及时沟通并回复信息，房间与图片描述相符，我带老妈入住体验不错，老人家很喜欢。房子周边有很多美食，就餐很方便，出行离汐止火车站也很近大概步行3分钟。去传统市场4分钟就到了，来汐止这家民宿是不错的选择。在这里也谢谢老板娘的照顾，感恩有你.

A nice and clean villa surrounded by greenery but be prepared to climb up many floors of stairs. The location is off central and there is little u can do within walking distance. We had a driver with us through the trip hence it was ok for us. We enjoyed the space though.

房間很舒適，同價格在礁溪、宜蘭應該沒辦法這麼好😃

除了床对180cm的大男生有点短，其他一切都很是非常优秀的住宿体验。

這次的住宿體驗非常好，地點就在知名的咖啡廳滿山望海旁邊，陽台望出去龜山島的美景一覽無遺，房間內也配了大電視，可以晚上玩了一天到家後，買些宵夜跟啤酒躺著看電影，也可以一邊泡湯一邊看海，如果有開車的話，地下室也附有停車場

It’s an amazing place for anyone. Clean, everything you need are pretty much there. It feels like home. The house is big and rooms are roomy. Kids love it, as they get to run around inside the house and outside. Adults are relaxing. We get to sing karaoke, sit down and chat and there’s a big bath down at the basement, you get to enjoy and soak into the nature hot spring. We will definitely come back again! Amber, the landlord is amazing as well. She answers fast when you have a question and she is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a place to get together.
