This was the perfect place for us-met our needs perfectly. Andrew was always quickly responsive (we didn’t need anything in particular but he was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed). The guest house was in a great location- quiet neighborhood (very walkable/beautiful area!), and for us, close to our daughter’s place. We can’t wait to stay here again on our next visit! Hope the dates will be open when we can come again!

Clean place. Didn’t realize it was attached to a larger house. Not clear in the description. Luckily it was still quite private so that was nice. Very clean. Felt right at home. I was a little unsettled when I found that people were coming into the gated private area while we were staying there. Someone came to get the trash cans and the landscaper was also in the private gated yard and also blocked us in the driveway. While I understand the needs of these services a heads up would have been nice. Just unexpected. Other than that it was great and very close to the Disneyland resort.

Kathy and Steve were fantastic hosts. The space was exactly as described and I was very impressed with how clean it was and how thoughtful the they were in setting the place to have everything a traveler/visitor would need. Great job guys. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Everything about this place was amazing!! From the location to the inside and outside of this place, we loved how private it was and how comfortable it felt. We loved it, it was just the perfect size for us three, the bathroom was nice!! And loved the bedroom, it had many good things, also Charles was very responsive, always making sure to answer any question you had! Please make sure to stay in this place if you ever visit LA specially if you have an event near downtown LA or if you want to visit Koreatown. It’s affordable and super nice!! Thank you Charles!!

We had a nice quite couple of days and nights in Lee's backyard bungalow. The bed was fantastic, bathroom was clean and beautiful. Everything was great. Would book again if ever out that way. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay. There nice friendly very clean and helpful. We’re planning to come back to LA for the third time and staying here again. Absolutely loved it !!!!!

this was a fantastic place to stay for the price. Rachel was a very attentive host and the rental had everything I needed. the only issue is that the neighbors have a dog that barks 24/7 and it makes it incredibly difficult to sleep being right outside the window. this is unfortunately not something that can be controlled, but it would have been nice to know, so I could have been more prepared.

Anand’s place is THE BEST value in Hollywood. In addition to an immaculate home, the backyard provides a secluded sanctuary to sit or walk the garden. I HIGHLY recommend this property! And thanks, Anand for a great weekend.

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Especially enjoy the patio with the lovely plants and flowers. Such a nice spot to enjoy morning or late afternoon tea. Will stay here again for sure.

John was great and would answer our emails quickly. The place is absolutely adorable. The shower is amazing! Our dog had a little yard to play in. It really is the perfect place to stay. We would stay here again if the need arises. We even told our friends incase they need a place to stay in the future.

Had a great stay while I was here for a week. It was nearby everything that I have potentially needed, far away from the chaos of L.A but close enough to where there's still lots to do. Gil was really accommodating and welcoming during my entire stay. Place looked exactly like the pictures, bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean. would book again. thank you!

This was our first stay at an Airbnb and it was a great one. Winnie was very communicative both in response to our questions and proactively. The place was in a nice neighborhood setting, very close to many of the attractions we wanted to see. The place was clean and spacious for the three of us. While there were multiple rental units in the building, our stay was quiet and peaceful. We absolutely recommend Winnie and would stay at her place again.

엘에이 공항이랑 시내에서 한시간 이내로 이동 가능하며 얼바인과 애너하임에서도 가까운 곳 찾다가 숙박했는데 좋았습니다. 가족 단위로 머물기 좋은 곳입니다.

Great place! Cute furniture, private entrance, assigned parking, working kitchen, hosts were attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. Liquor store, fruit stand and food within walking distance and close to the freeway. Would definitely stay again! My family and I felt right at home.

Great stay, very comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty when streaming video but overall it was manageable

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is about a 20-or 25-minute walk to Claremont McKenna College and Pitzer College, which my son and I were visiting. The kitchen was very well equipped with good pots and pans. (So many AirBnBs have terrible pans where the nonstick is all scratched up or worn away.) The beds were firm and comfortable and it was quiet at night, despite being off a busy road. Lisa was very flexible and let us check in a little early to accommodate my son’s video call. We would definitely come back if traveling to the area again.
