Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Beautiful apartment, bright, in a quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped with everything that we might need. The location is very convenient close to transport. Ingrid was very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Sandros großzügige Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, da die Wohnung selbst ruhig ist, aber viele nette Bars, Lokale, Plätze, Treffpunkte für ein lebendiges Leben sorgen. Als Gastgeber ist Sandro unglaublich hilfsbereit, fürsorglich und antwortet auf Fragen immer ganz schnell. Wir kommen gern wieder und können ihn nur empfehlen.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans l'appartement d'Enrico. Il est très bien situé pour visiter la ville de Vérone mais aussi pour se rendre à la gare de "Verona Porta Nuova" pour des voyageurs comme moi qui souhaitent visiter d'autres villes comme Venise, Padoue ou encore Vicenza. L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description fournie ainsi qu'aux photos fournies sur AirBnB. L'immeuble est tranquille et bien sécurisé. Je m'y suis sentie très à l'aise et j'y retournerai volontiers lors d'un futur séjour dans cette ville magnifique. A noter: la taxe de séjour pour la ville de Vérone est de EUR 3,50/personne/nuit à régler comptant auprès de l'hôte.

Localização excelente, chegamos no aeroporto e de lá Silvia indicou Alilaguna, e andamos apenas 3 minutos até o apartamento. Próximo de tudo! Recomendo muito! Voltarei com certeza!

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

L’appartamento era come descritto, ampi spazi, pulito e ci hanno fornito per tutti gli ospiti asciugami e ciabatte. Location comodissima perché in pieno centro e vicino c’è anche un parcheggio coperto per lasciare le auto.

Beau logement à Vérone dans une rue plutôt calme mais dans un quartier vivant et très plaisant. Le logement est très confortable et pratique pour un WE touristique. La procédure de check-in / check-out autonome et la communication avec Andréa ont été très facile.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

La casa è arredata con gusto, gli spazi sono divisi en modo intelligente. La casa è posizionata centrale ma ma allo stesso tempo in un vicolo tranquillo. La casa è al piano terra ed è tutta pianeggiante senza le barriere architettoniche. La docia ed apertura docia soni ampi. Queste caratteristiche fanno possibile usare la casa per coloro che usano la sedi a rotelle, stampelle etc. La host è estremamente gentil, risponde veloce, da consigli e ci è lasciati molti pensieri come vini, acqua, dolce. Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

Cómodo, bonito, completo y muy limpio alojamiento en una zona tranquila, a media hora andando de la plaza de San Marcos y a menos de 10 minutos de multitud de bares y restaurantes y de varias paradas de Vaporetto. El anfitrión responde rápido y con recomendaciones claras y prácticas. Todo de 10. Si buscas un alojamiento en Venecia tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo con todo a mano, este es tu sitio.

Fantastic stay at Matteo’s place. The location is amazing and the apartment is well maintained and enormous. Would book it again in a heartbeat.

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

This apartment was an unexpected find in Venice. The floor plan allows for privacy and noise is not an issue. The kitchen is very large and well stocked and there is a dining area big enough to seat everyone. The decks and living room allow everyone to be together or split into smaller groups. Located near the Rialto Bridge with many restaurants and access to shopping and transportation. Exceeded our expectations.

Huge design apartment: ingresso privato indipendente con grazioso cortile proprio. Zona silenziosa e ottimale. Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato con finiture di pregio. Le due camere da letto sono ampie, con letto comodo, separate da una zona centrale in cui c'è una cucina/soggiorno. Ogni camera ha tv e bagno proprio. Bagni davvero belli, dotati di ogni confort. Cucina con bicchieri per acqua e vino, accessoriata con mestoli di ogni tipo. Tazze per il tè piccoline e senza piattini. Il bollitore non mi ha convinto. Ho sentito tanto la mancanza di un piccolo microonde per riscaldare velocemente senza dover accendere l'induzione o, peggio, il forno che consuma tanto di più ed è tanto più lento. Sembra che alla cucina non sia stata dedicata la stessa attenzione per il dettaglio del resto della casa. Illuminazione interna curatissima. Bel posto. Consigliatissimo.
