Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Rovaniemi

Je mets 5 étoiles parce que je ne peux pas mettre 6 mais ça les vaut largement ! Notre séjour chez Eija a été exceptionnel, elle est très accueillante et son logement est tout simplement fabuleux. La propreté est irréprochable, tout y est pensé et bien pensé. Eija a le soucis de chaque détail pour rendre le séjour de ses hôtes parfait et c’est réussi. Nous voyageons partout dans le monde et nous avons rarement trouvé un endroit comme celui ci. La vue et l’accès sur le lac sont un atout majeur. Nous aurions aimé rester encore et encore.

We had a great 8 night stay at Laura’s apartment. It had everything we needed to base ourselves for a week of adventuring in Rovaniemi and is pleasantly close to town. The apartment was peaceful and the building has a clothes washer and drying room which we really needed! The bed is somewhat firm but that’s obviously personal preference, just something to be aware of. We still slept great!

Maison impeccable et bien équipée. Petit problème avec l’ouverture de la porte mais tiina nous a immédiatement aidé et le problème vite réglé. Merci pour tout

We enjoyed very much the beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Very responsive host, had a little problem with the door, Ari came to help us in no time. Lovely place with a lot for the kids to do. Will definitely stay again when we come back.

Perfect place for perfect vacation. Spotless cleand and functional apartment, comfortable mattress, kitchen fully equipped with all you need to cook ( full cupboards of spices ❣️) Walking distance to city centre and walking trails. Supermarket just 5 minutes by foot. My kids 8 and 10 years old loved the two sledges provided ,so much fun in the snow. Direct access to back garden, lovely terrace with barbecue (coals provided). And the cherry on top was the sauna, just perfect after a day in the cold. Will definitely be back next year.

Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage in Rovaniemi. Sami war jederzeit zu erreichen, super freundlich und konnte uns sinnvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt geben 😊. Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Lage um gut zufuß in die Stadt zu kommen und um alles zu erreichen! Der einzige negative Punkt ist, dass Ersatz- Handtücher fehlen oder Zewa/ Küchentücher für die Küche. Ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht :)

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Hemos pasado 5 días en casa de Daiva fantásticos. La casa tiene de todo, super cómoda, super cerca aunque nosotros teníamos coche de alquiler. La sauna es un plus,los trineos para los peques otro plus. Recomiendo mucho esta casa y volvería a repetir encantada

We recently stayed in Minnas house and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful inside and is very cozy and homely. It has fantastic views out the back looking over the frozen lake and there is a little hill down to the lake which the kids used for sledding (Minna had lots of sleighs left outside for the kids to use which was very kind). The location is great as its in a little quite neighborhood in nature but also only a short drive to shops and the centre. Minna is a great host and is very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us.

Pasi est un hôte très réactif et sympathique, La maison est typique et en même temps très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire, la literie est de bonne qualité et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin dans la maison et à proximité. Nous recommandons et remercions Pasi pour notre séjour.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Tomi war super freundlich, kommunikativ und stets hilfsbereit, wenn es Fragen gab. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Polarlichter zu erkunden, und ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Alles war genau wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Besonders schön fanden wir die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre – der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

très belle maison, chaleureuse. Bel environnement et paisible. On peut prendre un sauna et ensuite descendre les escaliers et nager dans le fleuve. Nous avons vu des aurores boréales le premier et dernier jour de nos vacances depuis le chalet. Le village du Père Noël n'est qu'à 30 mn du châlet ainsi que la ville de Rovaniemi. Hôte très réactive.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to the centre to walk everywhere but much more peaceful than the areas with all the hotels. So great having the sauna as well!

The accommodation was perfect for our stay in Rovaniemi. The flat is very central and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and you immediately feel at home. I can really recommend it! Leena is a great host and was always easy to contact.

Hôte très sympathique nous avons été bien accueillis. Asko a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionnait les différents équipements du logement et nous a donnés plusieurs conseils pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour.

L'appartement proposé par Ansa est joliment décoré avec des pièces spacieuses et chambres séparées, équipement complet. L'immeuble est ancien mais au calme et proche du centre ville. Ansa est très réactive et nous a donné des recommandations de visite et restaurants judicieuses. Très bon séjour.

Erinomainen viihtyisä pieni asunto rauhallisella paikalla Sodankylän keskustan tuntumassa. Asunnon keittiö on poikkeuksellisen hyvin varusteltu, ja sauna oli yksi parhaista pikkusaunoista, mitä on vastaan tullut. Viestintä Lean ja asioita paikan päällä hoitavan Miran kanssa sujuivat hienosti ja viivytyksettä. Olin ensimmäistä kertaa Sodankylässä, ja tykkäsin kovasti. Löysin lähistöltä Porotokka -nimisen Juhani Maijalan porotilan, siellä täytin styrox-laukkuni seuraavien viikkojen tarpeita varten - huomattavasti kaupan hintoja edullisemmin. Koska on talviaika ja olin matkalla Levin keväthangille, etsin ja löysin myös Sodankylästä hiihtomaastot: varuskunnan takaa, vähän sotilaskodista (sotkusta) eteenpäin löytyy lähtöpaikka hyville 5 ja 15 km reiteille. Tätä asuntoa kysyn, jos tulen uudestaan Sodankylään.

The house is very clean and the environment is comfortable. What is surprising is the large window in the kitchen, where you can enjoy the night sky and even the aurora while dining. The owner was very kind and willing to help us a lot, we are very grateful to him. If I come to Rovaniemi next time, I will stay here again.

I spent a night at Joni's place with my family. It was great . The location is very close to the main area..walkable. Near to market, shops, resturants. The apartment was lovely and was clean. Thanks Joni for hosting us..would love to come back to your place.
