What a great place! Cathy and Bob are beautiful people and the property is so well organized and clean. Amazing children facilities as well. Only downside was the shower which was way too small for us (1.80 and 2m length).

Had a great stay at Stephen and Etty’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of five. The location was convenient, and they were great hosts—even letting us use the washing machine, which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely recommend!

This was one of my favorite air bnb stays! We loved staying right on Lake Rotorua and enjoying the sunrise each morning! Lauren and Sam had paddle boards and kayaks for us to enjoy the lake as well as a hot tub for relaxing! The unit was so cute and very comfortable! Lauren and Sam were great hosts and shared a long list of recommendations with us. Overall we had such a peaceful and relaxing time and would definitely book here again and recommend it highly to anyone!

David and Angela were incredibly easy to deal with and even catered to our special requests without hesitation. The property is absolutely magnificent set right on the lake side with uninterrupted views right across the water. Would love to stay again

Loved our stay at Tim’s place!! The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the neighborhood seemed very safe!! Tim was a very friendly and helpful host providing suggestions and ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Debbie's apartment! It was just like in the pictures with another of steampunk accessories and an amazing book and DVD collection. The apartment is really spacious and is super convenient as a base for exploring Rotorua and surroundings. Also loved seeing that cats about. Debbie was also super easy to reach and very helpful when I had a question. Thanks again!

A lovely place, clean and tidy. Jimmy was helpful and clear with communication. Good parking. An easy (~20minute) walk to the vibrant centre.

We had a great two nights stay Tony's place. A bit of shame the weather wasn't great over Easter weekend, but the view is still great from the hilltop position. Located very close to the redwoods it is very convenient as well. The place is clean and tidy with good amenities. Great value overall

I booked this place for my wedding guests, a well-travelled elderly couple, and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The host, Shaun, provided clear instructions and communicated very well throughout. Everything went smoothly, and it was a pleasant experience for them.

Good location, great space - with just 2 of us, we didn't use one of the rooms available. Would recommend.

Das Zimmer liegt herrlich gelegen nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von Roturoa entfernt und entspricht den Bildern. Der Whirlpool ist auf der gemeinsamen Terrasse mit dem Haupthaus. Wir hatten leider keine Zeit ihn zu nutzen, er sah aber gut aus. Wer sehr lichtempfindlich ist sollte eine Schlafmaske oder ähnliches mitbringen, da durch die Tür zum Haupthaus Licht aus dem Flur ins Zimmer scheint. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist das Bett, da hatten wir schon bequemere auf unserer Reise. Dafür ist die Aussicht auch vom Bett aus hervorragend.

Kinga's place is absolutely perfect! It’s in a great location, offers plenty of privacy, and comes with a kind host and the sweetest cat. This thoughtful accommodation made our stay in Rotorua truly memorable. Thank you!

Chris’s place was exactly as described. Everything was clean and ready for us. Check in was super easy, the suite easy to find despite arriving in the dark. Also, the parking space in the house property is a bonus. Chris was responsive when we messaged him. Overall, perfect stay for us here in Rotorua. Thank you!

Thanks for having us, we enjoyed playing tennis, sitting on the jetty and enjoying the garden, grass and lake. A lovely private retreat especially for one of our friends needing a peaceful space

This neat little spot was absolutely perfect for what we needed, it was so peaceful and quiet and had the perfect amount of space for two people, Michelle made everything perfectly accessible to us, a sweet little kitchen spot to use and it was extremely private :)
