I stayed at Mike and Annemarie's with my family and my sister and her family and we had the best stay. The place was large enough to fit all of us comfortably and it was exactly as described - very warm and very comfortable. The geo thermally heated pool was put to good use every day, even during rainy days, the kids enjoyed it immensely! Thank you so much, we will be back!

We had another great stay at this resort. We have stayed in other places managed by Nerida before. This three bedder is maybe getting a little tired decor wise… so just now that it is a Kiwi bach experience that your getting in a great location. Will definitely be keen to come again.

Fantastic accommodation and hosts. The house is lovely and well equipped. The back deck and pool area is amazing. Very secluded. The hosts were also very helpful at returning a couple of items left behind. Top accommodation.

The Redwood Retreat is the most amazing place. It offers everything you could wish for. Everything in this house is thoughtful and well-appointed. We felt right at home and enjoyed our holiday there, even when the weather turned nasty for three days. This house offers the perfect relaxing atmosphere after a day of adventure and activity. Thank you so much for the most beautiful time we had.

Great host, excellent house & great location. We stayed for New Years and could see the fireworks over the city. House and pool both clean and lovely.

We had a fantastic weekend in Rotorua for our mother’s/Grandmothers 76th birthday. Jessie’s place was perfect for our family of 9 adults, very roomy and had everything that we needed, comfortable and clean, would definitely recommend.

Graham and Sarndra were amazing hosts — super clear with communication and instructions. The guest house was just the right size for our group of six, with plenty to keep both the kids and adults entertained. They were really generous and even took us around their property to meet all their pet animals. The kids loved getting to pet and feed them! The place was spotless when we arrived and had the best shower water pressure. Thanks for an awesome stay — we’d love to come back again!

It is a great place for a large family or group to stay. There is plenty of room and it is located in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was just the right size for the four of us. Cozy, clean, and super comfortable. It’s well equipped with almost everything you need, from kitchen utensils to other home essentials, which made our stay really convenient and enjoyable. But the highlight has to be the view. It’s absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sight of the open fields, with a peaceful cow farm nearby, and even a beautiful lake visible from afar. It truly felt like a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Perfect spot for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Huge thanks to the host for making everything so smooth. We’d definitely love to come back!

This place was awesome! So homey and fun and the llama theme was taken seriously. Beds were so comfortable. The place actually felt like someone lived there and had all the supplies we needed. The host was super responsive and friendly and the house was a short drive from the main area. Would definitely recommend!

Family friendly home with cozy thoughtful touches. We and our two young girls spent three nights here. We loved the well stocked kitchen, great water pressure and comfy beds. The kids loved the toy baskets!

We stayed for a week to attend an event in Rotorua. The place was very quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious and we loved all the furniture and paintings. Ms. Kimberly was very kind and took care of us.
