Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

L’ alloggio è stato perfetto per due giorni a Venezia. Posizione molto comoda ed allo stesso tempo molto silenziosa. Direi tutto perfetto.

Erika Airbnb: We were kindly greeted and shown how to use entry gates, and kitchen appliances. Kitchen has everything you can think of if you were to cook and plenty of restaurants nearby. Food delivery was easy, and no issues finding the residence. I recommend using Glovo. Spacious living room with a big TV. Clean bathrooms with spacious shower and tub. All bathrooms are upstairs. Good water pressure. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Comfortable beds, with good linens & towels. No TVs currently, in the bedrooms. Nice outside spaces for relaxation and smokers for those who do. Washer/Dryer combo works great! Great location close to the bus and supermarket .(less than 5 minutes both ways) Fast Buses to Venice.

L'appartamento di Alina è accogliente e molto silenzioso, ci siamo trovati a nostro agio come a casa anche con il nostro cane. La zona è tranquilla, comoda per i nostri spostamenti e naturalmente affascinante... Bello affacciarsi sul cortile interno con la splendida palma! Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conocere Alina che è sempre stata molto disponibile ed amichevole. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Grazie

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in der FW von Elisabetta. Antonio holte uns an der Rialtobrücke ab und erklärte uns sehr freundlich die Modalitäten der Wohnung. Wir frühstückten jeden Morgen auf der tollen Dachterrasse und genossen den Blick über den Daechern von Venedig. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern-es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Die Lage ist genial, sehr gute Lokale und der Rialtomarkt um die Ecke-besser geht’s nicht! Absolut zu empfehlen!

Paolo was very proactive in ensuring we made it safely from the train station to the apartment. So thankful for his instructions. His assistant met us to be sure we didn’t get lost. Location is on the very outer edge of the island so it was extremely convenient to get to the water taxi to Murano, other stops around the island, and back to the train station. It’s a longer walk to the Grand Canal and where most of the bustling crowds are, but also made for a very quiet stay in Venice, which was nice. Restaurants are nearby and convenient.

We loved our stay at this place. Close to Piazza San Marcos and lots of restaurants and local shops. Great location. The place is located in the 4th floor, but we didn't mind, because the view from the top floor was great. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable apartment which has a fantastic location, quiet and relaxing space, but very convenient for cafes, shops, restaurants, transport and exploring Venice. The rooftop terrace is a big plus, and we enjoyed a warm welcome from Nicoletta

Ottima esperienza ! La posizione è perfetta , l’appartamento è in ottime condizioni , molto accogliente ,molto pulito e attrezzato di tutto quanto c’è bisogno . Ottima accoglienza da parte della proprietaria ,anche molto gentile nell’omaggiarci di una bottiglia di spumante per festeggiare l’inizio del nuovo anno ! Grazie !

ベネチア観光に宿泊しました。バス停が近く、ベネチア島までのアクセスが便利でした。部屋も広く綺麗で、ホストとも連絡が取りやすく快適に過ごせました。

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

Siamo stati davvero molto bene, La casa è come da descrizione ci sono tutti i comfort e anche di più, appartamento moderno ed estremamente pulito e ordinato non potevamo chiedere di meglio, una garanzia se andate a Venezia!!

We loved our stay at Lisa's. She was very responsive and helpful. The place was located in a quiet area near the famous sights. It was a great place for our 2 families. I would highly recommend.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous avons été bien accueilli et l’hôte nous a aidé de façon active. Autant pour notre arrivée, pour notre départ mais aussi pour les activités et restaurants. Le loyer correspond très bien aux photos. Nous recommandons fortement.

Huge design apartment: ingresso privato indipendente con grazioso cortile proprio. Zona silenziosa e ottimale. Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato con finiture di pregio. Le due camere da letto sono ampie, con letto comodo, separate da una zona centrale in cui c'è una cucina/soggiorno. Ogni camera ha tv e bagno proprio. Bagni davvero belli, dotati di ogni confort. Cucina con bicchieri per acqua e vino, accessoriata con mestoli di ogni tipo. Tazze per il tè piccoline e senza piattini. Il bollitore non mi ha convinto. Ho sentito tanto la mancanza di un piccolo microonde per riscaldare velocemente senza dover accendere l'induzione o, peggio, il forno che consuma tanto di più ed è tanto più lento. Sembra che alla cucina non sia stata dedicata la stessa attenzione per il dettaglio del resto della casa. Illuminazione interna curatissima. Bel posto. Consigliatissimo.

Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament! Totul a fost exact ca în poze – curat, spațios și foarte bine echipat. Locația este perfectă, aproape de magazine, restaurante și mijloace de transport. Gazda a fost extrem de prietenoasă și atentă la detalii, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare pentru un sejur fără griji. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni! Recomand cu încredere!

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

Mieszkanie wyglądało tak jak na zdjęciach, wyjście na taras z każdego pokoju. Czysta i przyjemna przestrzeń. Kontakt z wynajmującym rewelacyjny. Dojazd do Wenecji trwa 20 minut autobusem, albo 10 minut pociągiem. Komunikacja miejska w promieniu 5 minut od mieszkania. Serdecznie polecam 😊

Lara is a wonderful host. She has thought of what she would like in an Airbnb and provided it in her own. She was brilliant at arranging early check in and helped us with a noise issue effectively. The apartment is spacious, modern and (important to me) has perfect black out shutters, fans, AC and coffee!! A note on the location; it is obviously not in the lagoon or in any sort of tourist area. The bus stops are over the road and it is easy but it gets very busy on there and you may end up standing both ways. Not an issue for us but worth mentioning. You can get the train one stop using the one day passes for the boats etc. That was more comfortable (for us). There are places to eat but it’s not like there is something every five metres as in the lagoon. We walked to Mestre centre and went to Da Pino which was utterly wonderful but less good if you are on tired legs! None of this is a problem but worth mentioning if travelling with a party that’s less mobile. Overall great place!!

A wonderful stay in this well equipped, traditionally furnished apartment in a peaceful area with all you need close by and that view! 😍 Very good communication throughout. Christine met us off the Alilaguna. Arrived early but could leave our bags and take the keys which really helped Milk, juice, water and small cakes had kindly been provided. Lots of extras in the cupboards too including olive oil, tea and coffee. No clothes storage in the twin room but there’s a wardrobe in the hall outside. Wall mirrors in the bedrooms would’ve been useful but we managed with others. It’s walkable to all main attractions but you will do an awful lot of steps getting around! We relied on Google maps for directions. We visited Verona, Murano and the stunning Burano. Christine gave recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Al Muro San Stae nearby had fab service, quality of food and house wine and the best pizza I’ve ever had! A great weekend in a great apartment

Malgré une incompréhension liée à l'arrivée tardive, notre hôte a été compréhensif. Suzanna qui nous a accueillis a été très gentille, serviable et de bon conseil. Le logement correspond aux attentes. les équipements sont très bien : un bain à remous et un sauna (qu'il faut prévoir à l'avance car à électrique). Le lit est agréable si on aime la literie souple. L'appartement est propre ; il y a un peu d'humidité mais nous sommes à Venise, ça me paraît normal. Merci à nos hôtes et à Suzanna pour le séjour !

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!
