A 50 m2 very cozy and nice flat right in the city of Roskilde with a view to the pedestrian street, restaurants, cafes, the Unesco building Roskilde Cathedral and close to the harbour. The flat consists of a small well equipped kitchen with stove, oven and microwawe, a bath room and a washing machine and a small bedroom with a bed for one person and a big wardrobe. Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 2 units. In my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead).

It is facing the courtyard, but with an open window you can still hear the rich city life in the background The neighborhood is filled with cafes, bars and shopping opportunities. The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. It is perfect for a couple. It has a 200 x 180 bed in the bedroom and a new sleep sofa.

My apt. has a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm ( 55" x 79") bed and closet space for your clothes, a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, living room with a 140 x 200 cm sleeper sofa, desk, dining table, TV and wifi. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, all basic toiletries and towels. The apt. is light and airy with high ceilings. Not suitable for small children

Bright and quiet apartment near trains/center. Bedsheets is not included but can be rent for 130 dkr pr person. Cleaning is not included, but can be bought for 650 dkr (you do dish youself)
